Good Saturday, everyone,

Rusty is doing OK: he ate most of his breakfast and has put a good dent into his lunch. (He slept through the night, so he didn't eat any of his nighttime food.) His breathing is about the same: noisy. But he's coping. When we get the next Depo Medrol shot next week I'm hoping it will improve dramatically again.
He enjoyed watching the deer dining on our "lawn" this morning.

The deer are shedding their winter coats just as we are getting a major winter storm (freezing rain, sleet, snow, expected to last into Monday).

bbl, off to do some paperwork that I have been putting off.

Everyone have a good day and stay safe in the storms, which seem to be everywhere.

Deer are shedding their coats at my parents place yesterday too. But (I hope), none of that cold stuff here, just wet.:rolleyes:
 
What a wonderful photo of Rusty! The deer are so close to the window! It’s nice that he feels well enough to keep an eye on his territory from the comfort of his windowsill. We are having what is being forecast as “a historic ice storm” with possible widespread power outages here this weekend, with the worst of it coming tomorrow. Makes me jealous of your generator!
 
Yo. Rusty wants you to bring the deer inside. It's the least you can do for the old guy.

Stay safe. The roads are very bad and only going to get worse. My old Volvo is staying in the driveway until Monday.
 
I'm really glad to hear that Rusty is doing OK. Hope the Depo Medrol works wonders for him!

Thanks, guys. We are heading off to bed because we are all really tired. So Rusty has bg 35 at bedtime. I put a little honey in his nighttime food. Discovered that he likes FF Tender turkey for Kittens. Icy weather outside and the temperature went down to 18 degrees. Rusty has noisy breathing (raspy) tonight.
 
Sending better breathing vines and good appetite vines to Rusty today.
I can just imagine him wondering what those deer taste like :rolleyes:. That's neat they are so close to the window for Rusty's viewing pleasure.
 
The photos are wonderful. The deer know they are in safe harbor in your realms. And looks as though Rusty and at least one of the deer are having a good conversation;):bighug::cat:, too.

Feel better vines for Rusty for each and every day.

At least it’s a good feeling to get that dang paperwork done.... Ugh, I had to face the music on that this week, having put it off far too long. :blackeye:;)
