What a laid back day yesterday - sunny yellow for most of it. I was however ecstatic to see that 182 at amps. The night before had been a green marathon well into the witching hours, and I cannot say enough how nice it was not to have a bouncy pink ps number. If I was capable I would have done back flips. :lol: The PM cycle was good too - an active one with nice numbers. I think I like this new dose! Way to go Mannie - your bean is very proud of you! cat_pet_icon We shall reserve comment on that 396 this morning, seems the bounce has arrived, and hope it disappears as quickly as it showed up. :-D

All is well in MannieLand - at least it was when the baby went home yesterday. :lol: :lol: He's still a little afraid of the baby, so we've been trying little hangout together sessions, hopefully to let him know cries mean no harm. No need to retreat to the basement Mannie. I mean - you do that and the nanners are unprotected! :shock: :shock: :shock: I did laugh though yesterday: Once Nicholas went home with his mom here comes Mr Macho and checks everyone of his nanners, followed by a major nap session, with one for a pillow, five for a mattress. Security, Comfort, Normalcy in MannieLand. He's his normal happy furry purry kitty this morning. No complaints when his bean overslept, and all was 30 minutes late.... **sigh** :roll:

SWEET: another day of DGS sitting. I just don't know how many of you I will be able to visit - know I am thinking of you all, and hope all is well in your neck of the woods: with you and your furkids. :-D

My friends! OK!, enough of this tiny human.... he takes all my beans' time. cat(2)_steam cat(2)_steam and he gets fed alot - sure more than me. I mean, where's the justice in that? Maybe I should learn to cry like that then I would be picked up all the time too. hmmmmmm.... the plot thickens! In the mean time.... get me outta here! I am so glad that Gracie's catnip patch needs protecting cuz - hey - no tiny humans there. :cool: :cool: See you guys! ~~ Mannie

Looks like Mannie is on his way down... that is a pretty nice drop in the 1.5.

Yay!!! More catnip patch guarding! Although I did find myself defending MudCat's honor yesterday. Darn Bean and to go and interfere too. I'll be bringing some more MRE's for everyone too! ~~Attie

Mannie - Zoe here. I don't get them little humans - they eat so much. I think I'll hang with you at Gracie's catnip patch. My mama bean was so weird this morning - she checked my bg (whatever that is) and sang this crazy song about me being blue - can't she see, I'm a tortie! :roll: She can be pretty funny sometimes but she does feed me - she gave me 2 breffis' and I didn't even ask for the second :mrgreen: I'll see you at Gracies!

Just remember....he cannot be trusted! That's pretty funny that he goes to the basement leaving nanners unguarded until DGS leaves!! Oh Mannie...what a character you are!! Hope you all have a great day today.

Mannie...I asked my bean if you could come live with us so you wouldn't have to deal wif little people but she said as much as she loves you, she can only handle one special kitty like me at a time....she not good like Auntbean Pat. So...more guarding catnip? These guys doing good work mama says but ANOTHER WEEK!!

Gracie - gosh, you did? that is way cool... though i can't blame your bean.... my bean says she loves me to pieces but that i am a handful, whatever that means.... I KNOW too on the not being as good as Auntie Pat, cuz she had to say no to another special needs kitty, which made her very sad... she still checks on that kitty though.... ARE YOU SERIOUS????? Michelle, just stopping by to say hi and seeing what Mannie has been up to in the last few days. I love the baby stories and how Mannie is so Mr. Tough Guy once little Nicholas is gone.

Hey Mannie, it was great guarding the catnip and munching on MREs and hotdogs at Gracies today. My mamabean was out in her canoe thing, and my papabean was busy with his work, so I just hopped over the Gracie's to be with the gang. And we get to go again tomorrow! See you then,

Hi Christie - I do hope you are right - blues at least.... DGS went well today, a little fussier than normal, but still a very good baby. El Senor Nanner actually spent the later half of Nicholas's stay upstairs. maybe he got tired of up and down the stairs. :lol: :lol: I think he's just getting used to the noises that the baby makes - all this was very new for him. Today he took refuge in his bed.

Hi Ann - I hope you are right. it is very tantalizing... like that word. so here ya sit with "will he? won't he?" :lol: :lol: Once again you are the wise one and taking a nap, where as yours truly will probably regret not doing that.... :roll:

Rusty! I know on your bean - she was in one of them floating things - man they are kinda scary, but the beans seem to really like them. weird huh.... It was so fun at Gracie's - i like all this camping stuff, and the tents, and the grillin' and everything! and the MRE'S!!!! and the DOGS!!!! SWEET on going tomorrow. Hi Ann - I know - it is a late night visiting for me too. I just can't get to them while the baby is here. It is slowly getting better with Mannie - in time I think he will be just fine. paws crossed!

Maggie - awesome! back we go - fun!!! I love her catnip patch. I think we have done a good job keeping it safe. Them bad guys don't come near now... see you - I will picks you up. Can't wait to get out in the dune buggys. :cool: ~~ Mannie

love the grandbaby/mannie tales! when my eldest was born my cat wouldn't be in the room with me for exactly 2 weeks. if i came in, she went out! hopefully mannie will give up in less time than that!

Hi Julie - it is the same for my DD and her kitties. One took to the baby right away - the others it was close to 3 weeks for them. Now it's no big deal. I think it will be the same for Mannie. paws crossed.

Hi Christie - yep, it is coming along. Today was encouraging. He still isn't a big fan of the cries, but at least he didn't run away... all in all it is good, and well... makes me smile too. :-D

Hi Bev - thanks for the visit! It has been a decent day for Mannie. No complaints here. And yes (!!) let's get together and repeat the whole thing tomorrow. I think you have done well with Gus, you are committed to him, it will serve you both well. One day you will wake up and Gus will have figured the whole thing out, and you'll see a sea of green and blue numbers. awesome thought isn't it?

NI NI all - I'm toast, and need sleep. Nice of the Manster to cooperate, and let me do just that!
