WCR: All Ps in place. Got snuggles last night and this morning. She came to snuggles with me at the end of my btb time, but had some trouble walking over me. She seems more wobbly than ever and I'm starting to get super worried about her. Her appy has been so-so today and this is after the cypro last night. She started crying when I was in brushing my teeth and when I went to check on her, she was just sitting in the doorway of my bedroom. I didn't know what to think or do?! I finally got her to eat her fuds with zobaline in it. For about a month, she refused to eat any fuds w/ zobaline. I don't know whether she just detests the taste or if this batch has gone bad?! It's time to reorder zobaline and cosequin. Guess I'll get more and pray she'll eat her fuds.

I'm up at the school to see the drama department's production of 'Legally Blonde'. I have several students in the show and one of my girls is the lead. I'm sure it's going to be wonderful, but all I can think of it Shasta. :YMSIGH: Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Shasta's numbers look good today. I'm so sorry she isn't feeling well. I understand your concern about her and I'm glad you got the Zobaline in her. I hope that helps. Have you tried crushing it and putting it in a capsule? That's what I do with meds any of my kitties won't eat. Then I either put it in a pill pocket or use the pill popper to shoot it down their throat. Not fun, but I'm determined to get them the help they need!

Sending lots of healing vines, and hugs for the worried bean! :YMHUG:

Good numbers for Shasta today. And snuggles too! Zener has started yowling sometimes at night. It helped when we started leaving a light on and I turn on another light as soon as I get up. We use a pill pocket for zobaline (duck and pea flavor, drooler version). Does Shasta like those? Sending appy vines. How much cypro do you give her? Any ondansetron? I hope you enjoyed the show, even if you are worried about your girl.

I'm so sorry to read the report on Shasta's balance/walking and appy. I wish there was something I could do to help - some magic words of wisdom I could give. Just know that I'm sending tons of thoughts and prayers in your direction! :YMHUG:

How nice on the snuggles. I'm sorry she seems off. I hope the zobaline helps. I hope you were able to enjoy the play and not worry too much. :YMHUG: :YMHUG:

Sending prayers that Shasta's appy picked up and she's steadier on her feet!!

Thanks for dropping in on us today. Sorry that I've been a big no-show this weekend. I swear I don't know where the time goes. It's already 1am and I have to be up at 6am for a full day of teaching. Shasta's appy is still a bit iffy, but she's eating...so I guess that's something. When I got home from the production, she had thrown up. I couldn't tell if it was hairball induced or PureBites induced. Sometimes, those Purebites don't sit well in her tummy when she eats her fuds and has them.

Amy, Carla & Shelly - thanks for the appy vines and feel better vines. We need them today.

Liz - I've been giving her 1/8 tab of cypro. 1/4 tab was too much and turned her into a zombie and >1/8 tab (crumb-like) did nothing for her appy. She got wise to the pill pockets a long time ago :YMSIGH: so now it either has to go in her fuds or if it's small enough (like the cypro) I can roll her on her back, open her mouth and pop it to the back of her throat. The zobaline is a different story...and she was doing so well with it. I'm hoping that it's just this batch.

Tricia - I've never actually put it in a capsule. I'm used to breaking apart the capsule to mix it in with her fuds!

Hope everyone is doing well today and enjoying some nice weather. Goodnight.
