Yesterday's Condo

Good morning
Nothing too exciting in the Max household.
Last hight was the first time that I did not do a BT check and was so afraid of
jinxing myself. At about 10:00pm there were 3 kitties stalking the kitchen, Max lying right
in the middle near his food mat.
I knew if I went to warm up his sock in the microwave he would get up and go
to his testing chair. It is really so funny.
Since I want him to start eating in the kitchen again, I gave up the test and fed them all.

This morning I did have a little surprise. Max was lying right outside the
bedroom door, not downstairs and when he saw me get up, off he went to his
chair, waiting for the day to start.

Breakfast was served on the floor by his chair and gobbled right up.
As I left for tbp he was already nicely settled into his bed for a nap.

Oooh, I love double mint! :-D Hey Max, if you're tired of chewing already, and have some leftovers from your flavor experiments, I think I'm going to be ready for some soon, maybe even tomorrow. Want to share? And way to go surprising your bean this morning! Mine was pretty stoked that I snuggled between her and the man-bean last night at bedtime. If it weren't for that dumb brother of mine, I might have been able to snuggle with her all night.

I'm wondering what kind of gum Max is going to have for his (antijinx) soon to be last day of this trial?? Got something special in mind?

cool! mine all came to bed this morning. they are funny, they wait for the alarm to go off and believe that's the time to START snuggling - not the time that I have to get out of bed.

I hear the cat version of the Double Mint twins will be coming to visit Max later today - you better fluff up his fur, I hear these girls are quite HOT. :lol:

Morning Max and Randi, yes Max is a showoff isn't he??? Happy day 11!!! Almost there!!! Max is getting close to sleeping with you again, maybe he is waiting till after his party! :lol:

Yes, Randi, Max is almost there! Stu has been thinking about what to cook for Friday. Anything special Max would enjoy? Perhaps a national dish? Stu thinks maybe steamed St. Lawrence River carp on a bed of poached Canada-goose eggs. Or perhaps grilled Mallard with catnip garni. Tuna gâteau for dessert? Just say the word and he'll get cookin'!

Ella, tell Stu that ita all sounds so amazing. I know he will love anything Stu will cook up. :lol: :lol:

I think Max is done with testing. First time in a long time that he took his paw at my
hand holding the meter and hit it.
I think he is telling me enough already lady. Either give me the insulin or leave me alone.
Too bad buddy, testing aint over yet.
