The AM/PMPS are not always the same. I wouldn't try to read too much into the difference in numbers. As it stands, they are within 20% of each other which could be attributable to meter variance.
A note re. terminology: There's a difference between low numbers and symptomatic hypoglycemia. The vast majority of the cats here will have periods of low numbers. There are only a scant few that I can recall that have ever had symptoms of hypoglycemia. Because we tests and use food to manage the curve, it is rare that a cat will ever get to the point of hypoglycemia.
