Kitty's need to learn that Beans need coffee before anything else in the am. Ok woke me an hour early and this just messed up the whole program today. She was crazy hungry so I gave her some food out in the bar room, well Boris could smell it and he tried to get onto a bar stool to get to it
and he fell down  I hope he didn't hurt anything, I felt bad for him so he got his shot and fuds about a half hour early.
Then Ok was nuts rolling around a bar stool for me to rub her up and she fell down, omg, mornings are so crazy. I about need something in my coffee.
Even the bears in Hooterville are nutty, one knocked over my full garbage dumpster, I don't know what were going to do, its way to heavy to set it back up.
Will be keeping both eyes on the big boy today, I feel so bad that I didn't see him to stop him from falling. He's just to fat to make that kind of jump.

Have a good day LL and I'll be thinking of Arnie with high hopes of a good vet report.

That would be way too much excitement for me before coffee! You may need to ask to have your guys spend time with Putty (and Miriam). Putty is very polite.

My cats know that NOTHING happens until I've done my first 15 mins of waking up routine.. the house could be on fire and I probably would still follow my routine blindly and not notice until it was done.. you problem here is that you gave in, and now they know the whining works! :)

Hope you are having a calmer afternoon. Everything is tipped over including the garbage.

Did Boris walk away like nothing had happened? Mine always walk away with their tails up like it was something they planned.

Well the big boy seems just fine. For some unknown reason he insisted on going out side tonight and it is cold and windy out. He walked out there like he was on a mission, kinda freaked me out a little, just thought it was strange.
He also had a little med carb treat today, Gene didn't know that Ok was having a special treat of Chunky Chicken and gave some to Boris. I don't care, after his bad morning he should get something.

Melinda, no he didn't get up and walk away that's why I was worried, glad he still seems fine.
Janice, lol, your right!
Dawn, lol, your right too!
Jen, it's a cold day in Hooter!
Sienne, Yep, Miz Ok Gabby Girl should spend some time with Putty and learn some manners. Really she is so unlady like and Boris could be picking up bad habits from her.

Sandy -

I remember the story of your bringing OK indoors. I didn't know about her full name.

So here's Gabby's story. She is a shelter kitty. At the shelter, the day we adopted each other, she was yapping away while she chewed on my shoelaces. (How could you not love a talkative, precocious kitten?) She did not have "her" name at the humane society -- in fact, I don't even recall what name they gave her but it surely didn't fit. I have two close friends who named my cats once before -- my civies, George and Gracie (both GA). George was still with me when I brought Gabby home. I called my friends who have the dubious honor of naming my kitties. When we were talking about names, Gabby was chatting it up in the background. One of my friends suggested Gabriella. It was too formal but it led to naming her Gabby. Interestingly, she's not terribly talkative as an adult. (Gracie was the talker and she taught George to talk.) The most talking she does is to yell at my civie, Gizmo (who is very much a rambunctious kitten who tries to play with/torture Gabby.)

poor Boris, what a day. Lucy falls sometimes too, she forgets that she weighs a whole lot more than she used to. She tries to jump on the bathroom counter (which used to be our testing spot, pre weight gain) and misses. I understand, I can't get into places I used to fit either. Depressing.

Hey we are all growing older with PRIDE!!
Cats fall & act like nothing happened!! That happened to me once, we were at a crowded beach club & I sat in the beach chair that folded up on me. with me in it--My Mom said "Act like nothing happened" Yeah right!
Glad Boris didnt get hurt--Moonie cant jump on high surfaces anymore, so I dont have to worry (except her catnapper)
Boris just wanted a spot of fresh air!!
Have a great night you all!!
