We test and shoot at 9am, and at 8:30 the fire alarm decided to go off... cat(2)_steam

Very nice AMPS number! I hope kitties are not startled by the alarm!

They ran to hide under things as usual. Lucky both Vidya and I were at least half awake. Either way stress adds to BG# so we were a bit concerned about that, but over time we've been able to teach the kitties that when we come to get them after an alarm or vacuum cleaning that it means it's over and they cam come out now.

not every cat has raised BG numbers from stress - this is definitely one of those ECID (every cat is different) kinds of things. punkin's BG is unphased by stress. the way to know about Boo is to test before, during and after a stressful occasion.
