Pia is at 75 at the +4 mark. Should I be worried? I'm gonna test her at +5. So in 25 minutes. She's grazing on wet all day and I have honey and dry kibble if necessary. What numbers should I give her dry food at? Or honey?

To answer this question, we usually wait for a number under 50 before giving high carb food. High carb wet food is preferable to dry food as dry food carbs hang around longer. A drop or two of honey on regular wet food also works.

When a kitty first reaches green numbers, a tsp or two of low carb wet food can help them surf good numbers.
