A slow start for the Trixster, but that's OK...she's put in some good, hard work lately.
Thanks for the dental help. She actually may be coming home very close to PMPS; the vet said she'd probably be released anywhere between 4:00 and 5:00, and her PMPS is 5:15. The vet said that they'll test her several times throughout the day, and if she's really high they'll give her insulin while she's there. I don't really foresee that happening...and I sure hope it doesn't -I know things are going to be thrown off enough as it is for a few days. I will definitely make sure she eats small quantities, and does so slowly...definitely do not want to see any scarf-n-barf action!
Since she can't eat after 8:00pm, hopefully tonight won't be the night she decides to take a dive into the lower greens. So many things to fret about. Thursday or beyond can't get here soon enough, so this is all behind us.
