4/12 Simon PMPS 179 +4.5 176

I am much happier with this number for Simon's AMPS and here's hoping that today will continue to bring lower numbers. Last night, he was so much more active and playful and seemed to feel better. After giving him the dreaded Clavamox, I rewarded Simon by letting him go outside with me for a little bit. He was so funny because when he noticed a caterpillar on the wall, he went wild. He stalked it and then struck at it numerous times with his paw. He looked like such a big hunter, hunting such a small helpless thing! I had to put a stop to things when he decided to try and eat it. Luckily, the caterpillar was safe and crawled off to a less scary place. Obviously, Simon was feeling much better. One of these days, I am going to try and video Simon and put it on my post. I am very technologically challenged so I have to figure out how to do it first.

Hope everyone survived the bad thunderstorms yesterday and will have a super day today.

caterpillar chasing is just what the doctor er...vet ordered. I bet SImon feels so much better after a bit of a hunt. Even if the bug got away safely. :lol:

How fun! I love to read about our playful kitties. It is nice to read too that he is happy.

continued prayers for Simon...those are better numbers for sure....i can picture him hunting the poor thing!

I Hope Simon continues these nice blues. Cute that he enjoyed his outing today, and the caterpillar escaped. Hope you're having a wonderful day.
