Good Morning, Everyone,

We have freezing rain and everything is covered in ice. Keeping fingers crossed that we don't lose power (lines are down in a neighboring county).

Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. He had so much energy last night just before bedtime, galloping around the living room, leaping up onto his perch (it was the happy, post-litterbox-contribution, zoom), and running upstairs. This morning we have a really nice low blue AMPS. He enjoyed his schmooze and his "lung treat" and is napping in his basket. I was reading and couldn't keep my eyes open and so decided to take a nap, too. So here we are, several hours later than usual.

Hi guys .. what a great report on rusty! He must of known such a nice amps was coming this morning and was all excited about it .. I hope you guys don't lose power .. that's the worst .. have a great weekend!

The freezing rain continues. Everything is coated with ice. So many power outages in our region that our Public Radio station (North Country Public Radio), which is having it's fund raiser, has had to postpone by several hours this afternoon's drawing (for a $500. gift certificate to any grocery or supermarket--a fabulous prize! Maybe I'll win :lol: So far I haven't won either of the iPads, the weekends in 2 splendid Adirondack resorts in Lake Placid, either of the two getaways in Kingston, Ontario, a beautiful guitar, etc. But I have hopes! There will be another iPad, an iPhone5, a weekend at Elk Lake Lodge, and a whole week in a vacation cabin in the village of Saranac on the Saranac River. :-D :-D The best thing is that they are on track to make their fundraising goal.

Ugh - freezing rain!? You guys have gotten a lot of bad weather this winter. We're raining but thankfully it's warmer.

I love the sight/sound of galloping cats! It is just amazing that a little critter who can sneak around so quietly and snag a mouse can also shake the rafters. Little stinkers! I hope you don't lose your power!

Hi again,

We stayed in all day: it was just too awful even to walk to the post office! Rusty spent most of the day napping in his basket. We are ready for spring! We have a lot of interesting migratory birds at our feeders--on their way further north. Neat to see them.

Wow on the freezing rain. Hopefully you'll get some spring weather soon. It looks like Rusty had a nice day today. :mrgreen:

Very nice start to the night. :mrgreen: I wonder what Rusty has planned for later? I love the zoomy zooms. Neko's not much into that but the civie cracks me up with the stampeding.

I hope your spring comes soon. Those birds are going to be disappointed if it doesn't change soon. What's the latest date someone has for the chair?
