I promise, I do have my patience pants on, and I'm trying to not get frustrated, but I'd be surprised if we don't need another dosecrease in the next day or so. I do try and not focus on the size of the dose too much, but I also wonder why she floated along so nicely for so long in the neighborhood of one unit, and now any little tweak under 2.75 just sends her all over the map. Good ole FD, confounds ya, even over a year later...

The only predictable thing about FD seems to be it's unpredictability :?

Morning! oh yeah, it is a guessing game isn't it. and unpredictable for sure. :roll: Mannie too has had his fair share of flying all over the map. Have a good day Amy, and Trixie? Think green, OK?

I've decided it's trying to hit a moving target. Sometimes the target moves faster than others. Very frustrating. We're the crazy cat ladies so we try to figure it out. :lol: :lol:

Hi guys .. patience pants are a good thing .. but there were also many times I had to come here and throw a fit like a big ol' baby because of mocha's numbers .. it was confusing, and frustrating, and tiring .. so if you ever feel the need .. you know we understand! Have a great day guys!

I am with you, Amy. Simon used to be known as a nice even cycle kitty, and now he is bouncing all over the place. At least we all can cry together here on LL and everyone knows what we are talking about!

:shock: :o :shock: :o is all I can say. It's pretty rare for her to drop this low, this much, this early. She really jumped tonight when DH gave the shot...I wonder if there's a connection between that and this big early drop. So much for heading to bed early tonight!

Up a little more, missy! She is sooooo frantic for food! I've given her a little HC with those last two pokes, but of course I don't want to over-feed her and have pukus or a kitty who won't eat anymore when I need her to (although that is hard to imagine right now!) The entire herd is a bit on edge tonight....crazy. She does seem a bit calmer after this last round of HC...hopefully she'll settle now.
 
Fortunately, DH will be home from playing volleyball soon...he'll be all sorts of wound up and energized, so he can take over earpokes for a while!

I've given her some HC with every test...I can't believe I haven't gotten her out of the 40s yet. This cycle is so odd for her...she usually responds to HC, then surfs teh 50s or 60s after one "dose" of gravy. But thank goodness we test. I can only imagine what kind of shape she'd be in right now if we didn't test her!
 
Oh, my goodness, thank God you did catch this. I hope by now Trixie is in safer numbers.
