Oh no! Those pesky UTI's. I wouldn't put off going to the vet. If his bladder is full and he can't go, he may need a catheter to drain his bladder while the meds kick in. Don't want to risk a ruptured bladder. So sorry to hear you're dealing with this problem. Hope Bella will come down today too. Hang in there Jamie!

He’s eating and drinking and peeing some but like the size of a quarter
 
Did Andy have a UTI? Glad you got him in. You can use D-Mannose and AB together.

I woke up yesterday feeling yucky with a bad cough, congestion, etc. Just got home from doc. Strep and bronchitis :banghead:
2 shots and 5 prescription :eek:. I felt better today than yesterday but glad I went ahead with the appt.

Lizzie I hate to hear ur feeling bad, sending prayers, seems like it took me forever to get over that

I really didn't feel that bad but once it goes into my chest it can hang on forever - that was the primary reason I went ahead to the appt. I haven't had strep in over 30 years! Seems everyone is sick here.

Unfortunately, almost every cat will get ckd :(. It is just a fact. Early detection and preventative action is the best path forward. Knowledge is power :bighug::bighug:

My couching and coughing stuff up is still here just not near as bad, hope the AB works fast for u, make a hot toddy

My ma SWEARS by hot toddies when she's sick with bronchitis.... and then she gets tipsy, but that's just an unfortunate (or fortunate, depending on who you ask) byproduct. What a day Jamie! Sending vines for Andy, so glad you caught that UTI. I'm sorry to hear about the CKD diagnosis, but Lizzie is right, I'm glad they caught it early. Sounds like I need to send vines all around! I hope everyone starts feeling better soon! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

And PS - Oh my goodness Bella! Like your ma doesn't have enough on her plate at the moment you rascal!

My dad started giving my hot toddy’s when I was a little little girl cause I have chronic bronchitis and it always worked, I’ve had them all my life, my mom actually said that 1 day at the drs, the doc asked if I had had any medicine and I told dr, only the medicine my dad gives me lol lol lol
