Good Morning LL!!
(LOTS today - I am in hike recovery mode   ), and Happy Tuesday!
Mannie and I are saddened to learn of the passing of Curry to the Bridge. Fly free little one, land softly at the Bridge. We will miss you.

Yesterday was yellow and blue day in MannieLand. In the overall view of things - I liked his cycle(s) yesterday, if only because he didn't bounce to the stratosphere from the green(s) of the day before. That in itself is darn cool. I was gone most of the day on a hike, and was so pleased to come home and find him at 157. YES! Thank you Mannie. I am hoping, paws crossed, that he and his internal organs have decided that these blues are a place to take up residence for a while, while we work on those greens. I like this plan Mannie - well done! Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon
All is well in MannieLand.
Sunny days mean more outside time for the Manster. Imagine his displeasure when I told him yesterday I was going to be gone most of the day and he had to wait until I returned. Those bright cute big eyes suddenly became very narrow slits....     So he waited, and was such a good boy - gave me a 157 when I got home. SWEET!
He was so thrilled when I told him a promise was a promise, opened the door and let him head on out. I watched him from the deck as he made his rounds, circled back to sit in his favorite spot in the ground cover. And sun his face, squinty eyes and all. I love that image: it is so Mannie.
AND!: this morning we had a great test, shoot and clean plate club - AND auto feeder which Elsa still thinks has her name on it. Some things just never change. Normalcy in MannieLand.
Have a great day everyone! Today is Seattle social day for me. Lunch with a friend, coffee after that with another, WOO HOO! Time in the city! :thumbup
Hey my friends!! OK... I so feel the need for speed... speed in the sand... dune buggys!!! So Tess - please tell us that the dunes are dry and we can go sand sliding and buggy racing. Please????? Well, I bet they are - so let's do it. maybe we can do some grillin or sumtin' after that. You guys in? ~~ Mannie
And completely OT: Here are some photos of my hike yesterday, to the North Creel Trail, in Bothell. It really is more of an urban river walk, but it will do when one can't get to the mountain hikes - they are till all snowed in! This location had some really nice Wetlands.
