4/10 Harley PMPS 62, ss now up-to-date

Now I need help. I may have shot when Harley was too low. Harley was 46 at +11, +12/50 and I shot 8.5u. This is down from his usualy 8.75u. Now he is falling again and I have to leave in 40 minutes. Do I feed HC or postpne my trip (church for 1 hour).

I just need reassurance as to what to do.

Sorry, I'm not very much help. But, I'd postpone my trip, or bring him (and strips, HC, and karo) with you.

I would get some HC into Harley and re-test.

I shot in the 40s once and would not do it again. I'm guessing that you may need to postpone the morning's activities.

Thank you. Gave 2 Tb HC, and will retest. I will not shoot that low again. The lowest I have shot was 61 and don't know why I did it at 50 this time.

That's what happened with me. My brain just wasn't working and I shot. Harley earned a decrease so there's no need to worry about numbers other than getting them up. You can abort the cycle if you need to. I'd just give enough HC to pull Harley's numbers into a higher range so you have some room to breathe.

I don't know where the brain was this AM. He is now a comfortable 62 and with the HC will be going up. He has been at 8.75u, and I think tonight I will drop him to 8.5.

good job catching it, Pattie. You're handling the low numbers like a pro!! Glad you were able to postpone your plans this morning. Fingers and paws crossed that things head up from here!!

Harley has stayed green all day - yeah. I do expect him to go up a bit tonight. Did a dose decrease from 8.75u to 8.5u tonight and will see how he does. Will update ss - been a couple of days since I did that.
