is your current vial from Feb 10 (according to SS)?
If it is that old, might be time to replace, altho you have seen some nice numbers so something is working there...
not too sure, but could be bouncing from the green last nite.

Yes, that's is correct that's the date. I ordered pens from a Canadian pharmacy more than two weeks ago....and haven't received them yet :? ...Didnt know it would take that long. :shock:

I was also thinking about buying from good ole Canada. Wondering how long it would take to arrive. And in what codition. Hope you get it soon. What pharmacy did you buy from?

Tena, I bought the insulin from Canadadrugsonline.com. The insulin is made in Turkey. They told me it would take about 16 days but someone at work that buys from Canada told me it can take up to a month :?

With those numbers, I'd suspect you're still getting some potency out of the insulin, but it may not be completely there. I'd give the pens a few more days to arrive and ask again then. I will say that with my second vial (that I handled MUCH more carefully than my first!), and I got 43 days out of it before I started not trusting it and switched to a new pen. It may have been premature... Willie had a GREAT run up to that point, then suddenly had his numbers spike. I changed the pen just to be cautious. You can take a look at his spreadsheet... I note in the comments where I've changed to new insulin (and now I keep a Lantus watch in the comments! :lol: :lol: :lol: )

I wasnt planning in having a vial for 60 days...I guess it's still working somewhat. :lol:
