Today is day 1 at 3.75u.

Today was a little better. She's eating on her own, although not a lot, but fairly regularly. Had to get the nasty antihistamine compounded today. The pill made her foam horribly this morning. Taking a pill with a stuffed up nose isn't easy for her. She will get the new liquid later tonight. I'm sure it will go down better than the pill.

I'll set her up in her own room again tonight.

Poor baby, I hope the liquid med will go down better
Believe it or not a long time ago my sister had a very sick kitty, the cat was so stuffed up and could barely breath, that her vet told her that she could put a small drop of nose spray in each nostril ,ya know like afrin, etc. Just for like 2 days . It did help a lot .She also put a cool must humidifier next to him.
Poor cat wouldn't even eat.
I was the one who took his temperature, my sister was a big baby about it
I went down and fed him baby food from my finger until he started to eat on his own

I mean he was really sick, but I nursed him back to health.

Not telling you to use the nose spray ,just wanted to let you know my experience with a kitty with a stuffed up nose .

I hope Mini Purrl feels better real soon

Not a bad cycle for Purrl today. I feel once she's feeling better she might get curious about the beach and decide to pay a visit. Nestle will be waiting for her.

That's very interesting about the nose spray. And good on you for getting him going again!
I've given her sessions with a nebulizer and that has helped. She had 2 yesterday and I'm going to do her second one for today in just a few minutes. Afterwards she always shows more interest in eating since she can smell.

Her numbers are at least moving down a bit, which is a good thing.

Oh, I'm sorry to see Purrl has not been feeling well. I hope she is feeling better today (4/2) and has more of an appetite. Sending hugs and get well wishes!
