Good morning,
Flat yellow night after active am cycle yesterday. Then bounce to pink then red at pmps. Loss of duration am cycle. Ugh. :mad:

Appetite seems a bit improved this morning and last night at dinner. She’s at least standing at her bowl eating 1/3 to 1/2 and I’m holding her bowl under her face to eat the rest when she climbs into her bed.
Hoping that means the Methimazole is making her feel better. :)

She slept in her bed overnight and met me in the kitchen to prepare her breakfast. Sometimes she shows up next to my bed and scratches the pet steps (that she doesn’t use) next to my bed to wake me.
I expect an active cycle today, but who knows. :facepalm:

I'm so glad to hear that Ivy's starting to eat on her own, even a partial meal!
That is a victorious improvement, Staci! She's on this med for just a few days and it's making a difference!

I know, March was a hard month for you. You did a marvelous job to manage it though :)
April will be a better month!

Hope Ivy will let you do things you need to get done today! Come on, pretty girl. Give momma a break!

Thanks, Kit. I pray you’re right! We need a positive turn for my baby girl.
But I’ll try to have hope in the little wins. Hoping it’s a sign of feeling better.

Sunny start for Ivy and Mikan. Hoping they will both follow the sunshine right onto the beach ⛱️ ☀️ and stay a while.
Wishing you a beautiful month now April. I think we all need a better month around here and this is a purrrfect start. Spring, new beginnings sunshine and happiness :bighug::cat:

We are just having a blue day today. Ivy is chilling in her “crib”.
Yes we need a better start for April, I agree, Karolina. Prayers for a better month for so many of us here struggling.
We do need new beginnings, sunshine and happiness!! I second those sentiments.
I hope you are all having a sunny and happy day. Gloomy and rainy here on the East coast.

So good Ivy started eating on her own. I’m not sure but I think she talked to Tiger. Lately he wants me to hold his bowl to eat….they must have a cat line we don’t know about. Good luck with dinner tonight!

Ivy did eat her dinner but I had to hold the bowl under her face. (Is she getting spoiled that she’s requiring this now??)
I need her to eat so I just do what I have to.
Just had to do the same for the +1 snack.
At least she’s eating the food so I have to be thankful for that o_O
 
Do you use an elevated dish or table for her height? I had to do that for Purrl a while back. Having it 3 or 4 inches up made a big difference for ease of eating, and even more so now that she's all stuffed up.

Ivy’s bowl is in an elevated stand but maybe it needs to be higher. I could try to put it on something to elevate it a little more. Good idea. I’ll see if I can figure something out. Thanks for sharing Purrl’s situation with me :bighug::bighug:
 
I was so excited to see that she was eating on her own a bit more - I'm sorry she's reverted to not eating on her own. I'm sending all my hungry vibes to Ivy. Maybe that'll keep me out of the Reeses? (Probably not). :bighug::bighug::bighug:
