3P's???

In the human world, we talk about the 3P's of diabetes as:
Polyuria
Polydipsia
Polyphagia
When we talk about it, they are bad signs indicating disease onset or high blood sugars.

I see people on these boards talking about the P's being present in a good light. What do the P's mean here?

The five P's, in no particular order, are: peeing, pooping, purring, preening, and playing.
