I wonder why is bui bui BG seems to rise especially during the 2 hours fasting period before AMPS and PMPS.

Finally some yellow and blue on the dose, so does it indicate the dose actually started working for him?

Wasnt able to do a curve today as i was tied up at work.

The BG will rise at the end of the cycle especially early on with fd. Look at the sticky that shows a typical cycle. I’ll get the link.

Yes. The only reason we say to withhold food two hours before insulin is to get a BG that’s not good influenced. Once you know his your cat handles carbs it’s not required. In a typical cycle the BG rises at the end of the cycle. As he gets better controlled you will see duration increase and even some carry over from the previous dose.
