Toby started the day out in the blue this morning. Guess he is clearing his bounce. He seems to be doing pretty good on this dose. Wish all this snow would melt so he could go outside in his condo. Getting so sick of snow. Have a relaxing Sunday, Peg and Toby

I think it's stunning how the east coast has been hit by so much cold weather. Here in Oregon we've just had the warmest February on record - of course, not a good sign, and today it's supposed to get to 65. That's probably 10 degrees warmer than would be typical. Our weather in N. America has just been crazy and a little worrisome.
