Good Morning Everyone,
Rusty bounced this morning: no food behind this number, so it's a real bounce. He was raring to go this morning and wanted his breakfast, and ate 1st and 2nd sittings back-to-back, practically. We've just had a few games with Red Ears, Octopus, the cube, and Big Bug and Rusty is on the radiator, soaking up the heat. Yesterday was a great green day, and I hope that this bounce will clear quickly so that we can get back to those nice green numbers.
We are still digging out from the big storm. Our area got the most snow, between 29 inches and 33 inches!! (on top of the 2 or 3 feet already on the ground). It was -2 degrees F. this morning, but the sun is out and it is expected to get up into the 20s. There may be more storms at the end of the week, this time with rain and snow. People worry about their roofs collapsing if the snow on top of the roofs now gets waterlogged. This has been an old-fashioned, "real" winter. Since our house was built in 1923, I think it has been through quite a few winters like this one.
Back later. Rusty just demanded a little more breakfast. I opened a can of FF Turkey & Giblets (I've not served this to him before; Stu used to eat it occasionally). Well, he gobbled it up and is now meowing for more!! What does it have in it???

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135

Good morning guys .. sorry to see the bounce, but it's still a nice amps! I can't believe how much snow you guys have gotten .. aren't you tired of it yet? Well wait, you sound like you make the best of it by getting out and enjoying it, while I on the other hand look out from the windows and cuss at it  Hope you guys have a great day!

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135

Morning! And what I would give to call a 135 a bounce. Nice amps - no doubt he will be back to the greens this morning. Rusty - awesome job!

WOW on all that snow... I have these visions of the snow pack being taller than you are. Maybe the kitties need to come and dig some more tunnels for you. I hope that things clear up a bit so that you can get out and about. And yes on the worries for some of collapsing roofs - it must be difficult to keep the roofs clear.

  on the FF Turkey and Giblets. Must be really good fuds!

Hey Rusty! What's up today? More tunnels? Maybe some more poolside at Gracie's? I hear cabana bean is back home. :-D  ~~ Mannie ~~ Hey - did you hear? mocha is on otj trial - cool huh!

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135

I think its the giblets

Itty bitty bounce for Rusty too. Maverick and I are still looking for them blips of green again.

That is seriously crazy all the snow you've been hit with. We have had a very mild winter for some reason. I am thankful for it thats for sure.

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135

FF is like crack for cats, my kitties only get it on special occasions now.

Hope Rusty gets back to those fabulous numbers.

And I hope you get no more snow, I can't imagine how everyone there is coping with travelling in it all.

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135

Trade you bounce numbers? This time of year I'm not missing "real" winters at all, I hope you get spared by the next round of storms.

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135, +5.5 91

Fingers and paws crossed that Rusty clears his bounce soon and is back to greens in no time!

Your weather sounds dreadful! LOL Hoping you can dig out soon!!

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135, +5.5 91, +10 87

Hi Ella & Rusty, 135 is still a good Amps, and now look at the greens. Maggie spikes on some of the FF. She won't eat the FF Turkey & Giblets, only Seafood Feast and now Wellness chicken. Wow, I can't believe the amount of snow and another storm.

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135, +5.5 91, +10 87, PMPS 123

Hi again,
Had to go out this afternoon to take Edward to have his chronically bad shoulder looked at (it's been acting up). As usual, had to wait hours at the doctor's. Didn't get back until +10, which was a great bg number, but then I gave Rusty the snack I normally give at +9 and it spiked his PMPS (don't know if it was the late snack, or if it was the FF Turkey & Giblets that was the snack today! I hope it was the late snack. He really likes the Turkey & giblets and I'd like to feed it more often, as a change from Wellness and By Nature.). We'll see what his bedtime number is.
Edward and Rusty had a fantastic game with Red Ears and the cube. Rusty was jumping into the cube from the hole in the top!

Hi Ella - I hope Edward did OK at the Dr's office. Bummer that his shoulder is giving him problems.

I vote for the late snack. and not the food. :-D It would be nice to have another choice - Rusty seems to be big on turkey.... :-D

nice on the cube play - I wish Mannie would play like that.

have a great night guys!

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135, +5.5 91, +10 87, PMPS 123

Hi Ella. I too, hope it was the late snack and not the turkey, 'cause it's nice to have variety for him.
Checkers likes the tukey too. It never occurred to me, it might a higher carb than any other of the Classics.
Checks likes the Chicken Feast also. I need to look up Janet's list again.

Sorry about Edward's shoulder.

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135, +5.5 91, +10 87, PMPS 123

I believe Turkey & Giblets is 2 or 3 carbs. Hope he settles for you. Probably the late snack. But, on any given day it can be most anything.

Re: 3/8 Rusty AMPS 135, +5.5 91, +10 87, PMPS 123

Mavericks numbers are better with special kitty turkey and giblets and he likes it also. Might be something to try if you need it.
