Good morning LL!

Tarragon has the same AMPS as yesterday. He is liking the yellow preshots and so am I. I can't wait for the weekend to see what his nadir is looking like. However, I am pretty confident that he is hitting blue and probably a touch of green based on his night time tests. I would like to fatten his dose but want to make sure before I do. Any little added insulin whacks his numbers out for awhile and send us back into those pinks so I am just thankful he is light yellow and doesn't seem to be having big bounces for now, especially since he has been on prednisone every day the last couple of weeks. Spring time is hard on his asthma anyway, and now there is the added bonus of smoke from the wild fires seeping in the house. He is a very happy purry furry boy and full of play these days. DH was commenting on it last night. Saturday will be the one year anniversary of starting insulin and what a difference a year makes.

"Dad you want to do yoga? We'll do yoga with you." That is DH's idea of yoga. The minute he sits or lays down, both cats come running. They know he doesn't get up and down like I do so they take advantage of the snuggles.


I realized yesterday that I forgot to put a picture of my biggest sweet boy, Charlie, so here you go.

Tarragon likes this number, and it's a might fine number to start the day! I like DH's version of yoga, easy on the back, easy on the joints, just plain easy! Cute pics, and thanks for including Charlie. How's he doing?

That is so cute with Turnup on DH's chest. It looks like Turnup beat Mr. T to the prime spot. :-D So much for the yoga! :lol: Charlie is so beautiful! I was thinking of you and the wildfires. I sure hope you get some rain. How close are the fires to you?
I hope Tarragon surfs nice today. He sure is doing well in spite of the prednisone. Have a nice day, Melissa.

Linda - He is doing really well, thanks for asking. He has not limped in over a month and has been spending all day outside the last couple of weeks. I would say he is back to 90%, which is more than we thought he would ever get to. Next week is his 8th birthday, so we are planning the celebration.

Ann - There are a few wildfires outside of town. There have been some fires in town that have been about 2 miles away. It is suppose to be windy today and then rain starting this evening. I hope they are right.

Mr T is looking great, in spite of the meds. I hope you get some rain tonight, it's going to be an early fire season here too.

Hi guys .. We are all liking these yellow PS numbers on tarragon! I hope the weekend curve brings you some blues and greens for the SS .. Love the yoga your DH does .. I feel like I could do that :lol: have a great day!

Is that an Indians shirt DH has on?

Looks like all is Ok with you Melissa....glad to hear it! Sweet T, looks good....

Good eye Sherry. It is an Indians shirt. We went to some Indians games last summer and they gave out free shirts.

Awesome......I grew up in NE Ohio and was (am) a big Indians fan. We used to go to bunches of games at Jacobs Field. :smile:

Really neat pics, Melissa. Those cats and that cool cat really know yoga! Glad to hear that Charlie is doing so well. Bummer on the smoke from the fires.
Tarragon looks good. A year goes by quickly, doesn't it?

I love the pics. I also like DH's version of yoga too, its kinda the same as mine. You have two very beautiful kitties, and one beautiful dog, and your DH isn't so bad either :lol:

I hope you get the rain soon, so you can clear the air and be safe!
 
What great pictures, especially with DH and the kitties. Whenever I pull my yoga mat out, both Simon and Cleo come running and fight to see who can sit on me.

The fires and smoke are really scary-sounding and so close by. Please stay safe.

Glad Charlie is doing better--he is such a cute boy!

My chair yoga was cancelled today :evil: , so I took a walk on our boardwalk--Ocean was just beautiful!
Hope Tarragon comes down tonite! Moonie is up there too today...

Love the pic! My cats often come and lie down in the middle of my yoga mat. I think they're attracted to the movement of kundalini energy; I've noticed it in other situations, too. That sounds pretty "woo-woo" but you never know.
 
Kitties do like to "hold down" whatever it is you are trying to work on, don't they? Books, yoga mats, suitcases, etc. Is Charlie a lab? We have a chocolate. Hope you had a nice day!
 
Kim - Charlie is a registered English Lab. Labs are just wonderful don't you think? :-D He is my big baby and is a mama's boy all the way through.
