3/7 Squeaks; AMPS 86, +3.75 91, +8 73, +11 56, +12 40, +12.5 46-Dose reduction?

Good evening all,

We got our first below 50! However, I couldn't stall any longer for PM shot and he was still below 50 so I didn't feel comfortable shooting. I was reviewing TR guidelines and it stated "below 40" for reduction of .25U, should I reduce since he had a 40 exactly? Or still hold the .25U?

After a year diabetic it’s usually 3 times in the 40’s or one time under 40. You are just at a year. Since you sipped I would go for 3 under 40 and not reduce.

I did and he was up to 114 at +15!

He’s doing really well! Up to 137 at AMPS
