Come on down Moonie! Have fun at WW and chair yoga. I bet it is pretty difficult. I used to think yoga was easy, until I actually did it. :lol: :lol: :lol: It is a lot harder than it looks, but I love it.

Moonie, it's nice to give mamabean permission to go out, but I think she would still be comfy if you were more mid yellowish.

Chair yoga was cancelled & i went all the way there!
So I walked on our boardwalk instead!--Moonie is n the blue lagoon and hope she feels good -that's all care about..Hope tomorrow will be a little better-Hugs for now!

Hey Roni,
Bummer on the yoga class being cancelled! But a walk on the boardwalk in 50-degree weather was a nice alternative. What is chair yoga? Do you do it sitting in a chair, or do you use a chair as a prop?

Looks like Moonie is taking a "rest day". Good for her! Tomorrow she'll be back on track.

Roni, so sorry your yoga chair class was cancelled, but the boardwalk sounded like a nice replacement. You still got some exercise. Yes, Moonie is high as is Maggie, so they are together again. Moonie's coming down though to nice blues. Thanks for your nice comments tonight in my condo. The pic from Celi just cracks me up! :-D Have a good night, Roni, and hugs to you and scritches to Moonie.
