We had a quiet night and got some nice sleep. He seems to be at a plateau right now which in a way is nice given the action of a couple days ago. More importantly, he definitely seems to be feeling better. He is more social with the other cats and his fur definitely looks better. It was dull and matted, but is now starting to look shinier and fluffier. When he had that last run in solid greens, he definitely was feeling off, like he didn't know what to do with more normal BG numbers. I think his body is used to higher BG numbers and anything below the 200s evokes a response. I'm curious to see what his PMPS number is. I wish I had 1/10 unit syringes so I could play with dose adjustments at that level. I use Walgeens Drugs syringes that have 1/2u lines. I checked the consistence of them with a micrometer and they are pretty consistent.
