Yesterday, full of lucky number 7's and 8's.

3/5 Recap:
AMPS 78  +3 234 +9 78
PMPS 87  +3 154 +9 126

Neko was full of purrs this morning when we got up for rowing. She came into the bedroom purring, rolled on the carpet, tummy up for belly rubs and continued to purr all the way through the +9 test. That's the first time I've heard her keep purring all the way through the test routine. :-D I have noticed Neko feels really good these days in low blues, and I like to think the belly rub meant she was glad to see us awake. Instead of just glad she was going to get treats. And guess who was at the bottom of the stairs to greet us at the front door when we came back home at PS time? cat_pet_icon

OT rowing report: We managed to find the small window between systems when there wasn't much wind and it was just light rain on the water. Until the end when the rain picked up. I was so glad to come home to a btb and a warm cat. Another good fleece and cat snuggling day.

Nice blues and greens for Neko today. A purry kitty is a great way to start the day. I hope the weather is better next time you row.

It's always so beautiful to hear about a happy, purring kitty cat_pet_icon . I'd like to see that pretty tummy too! I'm sure it was for the beans being up and not the treats... ;-) . Sweet girl, she looks awesome in blue and green, too. I'm glad you had some nice rowing time too! It sounds like a great day. I hope your evening goes well and you aren't too sore. :-D

Neko got some good play today. I even got her dancing around a bit with the laser.

@Carla - The best way to start the day is indeed a purry kitty. :-D

@Linda - Neko seems to be really working the juice right now. :-D We row up the inlet, very pretty area. I take it you know the North Shore?

@Rachel - I do think she was happy to see us the morning, or she wouldn't have asked for tummy rubs. Not sore yet, maybe tomorrow, usually that's when it's worse.

@Marje - Don't know why - just enjoying what I'm seeing. :-D It was 47F during rowing today, 34F on Tuesday. But rowing is such a good workout you warm up very quickly and start shedding layers. Next week it will be worse and dark.
