He just can't make it to +12, he went from 169 to 377 in an hour and 15 mins. Yes, I know he ate, but that's irrelevant, he does not spike like that from food. It's literally from the PZI not lasting long enough for him YET.
Because we ARE getting so close to BID, I did increase him to 1.75 and will keep this a couple days to see what he does.
As long as there isn't any hypo issues, I may increase to 2.0, IF he stretches out to 12 hr cycles, but just isn't low enough at preshot.
Hope someone understands what I'm saying. Situations being what they are, I really must get him to BID, even if I have to get aggressive with it. Especially now that I have no idea how I'm going to keep him in supplies.
Thankfully, I got his new script yesterday and it's for 10 ml, so that should last him 4 months or so. If that's the case, it's about $25 a month, I can get that from son if need be. Obviously, vet has no clue, it has 12 refills on it, but they are only good for a year. No way he could go thru 10mls in a month. But at least she has us covered, the issue being the cost.
Son has obligated himself to $300 a month and I fricken hate that I'm having to depend on him to survive. I just keep telling myself it's only until WC settles the case and I'll give it back. I guess it's just being a mom, it's ok for your kids to owe you, not the other way around. But he refuses to allow me to move to the 'hood' which is the only place cheaper. I am very fortunate to be where I am for the price I pay. How many 740sf, safe, well built apts, in a beautiful safe area, can you find for $560? ONE! Around here, 400sf studios cost you $500. Seriously, where I live, there is nothing cheaper within 100 miles and it's a slum in FayetteNAM, as Fayetteville is referred to. Son REFUSES to allow me to move to Fayetteville. I found a 640sf apt for $444 there. But it would defeat the purpose, I'd have to make a trip back here every month for my patch script and that's about 250 miles round trip at 16 mpg. No savings there. So yeah, I'm better off to stay here as long as son and I can afford it. With my Dr and Lucian's vet here, I need to be here if at all possible.
