Good Morning LL! Sorry to miss last night, I came in and was just wiped out, long day in the garden. I missed out ont all the excitement in the other condos, there wasn't anything good to report on Tess anyway. We are thinking of upping her again. She had gotten some nice green on this dose, but it is a long time in between. Miss P may need just a little more help.

WCR Just 4 Ps today and a wriggly kitty during the shot. I couldn't smell anything so I hope I got it in properly.

Hi Susan, good to see you back. Yes, a very satisfying tired. I grow bonsai and due to an injury missed most of my repotting last year, lots to do this year and I'm only half way through. I'm seeing the end of the tunnel though. I miss going up to Placerville since the bonsai school there closed, I'd take the back way up and go through El Dorado.

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 +3~261

A lower number at +3, good sign since she is often still up at this point. Except for yesterday!

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 +3~261

Hey Tess, you got cattails in your garden? That tail looks like mine!!
Rusty

Hi Ann, Bonsai are really neat. I had one once, but I was too scared to repot it into a smaller dish, so I let it grow and got it a big pot!! (I de-bonsaied it. Sorry to report that!! We used to live a few blocks from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, which has a huge bonsai collection.)

I hope that Tess continues to come down today. It sure is difficult trying to get that just-right dose.

Have a great weekend,

Ella & Rusty

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 +3~261

Morning guys! Good luck with the dose, should you decide to increase. Been on that fence for a while with Mannie. I hope she finds the blues today. :-D

Nice on the business in the garden. I love bonsai - gorgeous stuff. You should post some pics sometime. Good luck with all that repotting - hope it goes well. Good that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. :-D

Tess! On my way - with alot of kitties in the roadster. This will be such fun - dune sliding! and the beach! and recipe testing on the grill with Rusty! See you ~~ Mannie

Oh Tess you lovely girl...come back down from there. Did you want to spend all afternoon at the dunes and not have the beans worry???

Ann: glad you are getting caught up. I have so much to do in our yard since those hard, hard freezes. Everyone lost a lot of landscaping plants including us and all my gazillion potted plants froze even with covers over them. They are telling us to wait until after March 15 but I know you have a greenhouse.

Did you see my question yesterday on your condo about the vitamin E you use on Tess's ears? Can you help me out with that when you get a minute please? Thanks so much Ann....I also thought your observations about the Lev on Mannie's condo were interesting. I've been looking alot at Tess's SS and I know you didn't get the results you were hoping for. Maybe your thoughts about just a little extra juice will help??

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 +3~261 +6~378

Vit E, is good for ears? Is it healing, soothing? I've used it for lip softening for me, but don't like the smell.

Miss Tess, whatcha doing up there, huh? Come on down and make your beans happy.

OUCH! and sorry for the reds. TESS! - Down this instant! you have KTSS duties... So sorry Ann, i hope it goers away as fast as it showed up.

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 PMPS~505

Tess just had to go there. :YMSIGH: She was really fidgety during her shot this morning and I think It may have been a fur shot. I hope that's the explanation. I can't think of anything else. Of course I had to do it on a day when it looked like she would be having a nice cycle. ohmygod_smile

Marjorie, sorry, I had to go find the original bottle and i got distracted. It happens when you get older. What I use is Nutra-E Pure Vitamin E Skin Oil. Vitamin E is used to help prevent scarring and promote rapid healing. I've used it on myself for years for cuts, scrape and burns. I just figured If it works for me it should help her ears. I put a drop of the oil and a touch of Neosporin on my thumbs and massage them onto her ears. A little goes a ling way, it's pretty sticky.

I think there is still a little thickening, but considering the amount of testing we do her ears look pretty good. I know some people use vitamin E capsules for the same things.

Another day in the garden. The weeds are in full force here and w/ bonsai you weed w/ tweezers!

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 PMPS~505

tweezers? omg - that must be so time consuming, but then again I don't know how else one would work with bonsai. they must be beautiful.

Thanks for the Vit E info - I will have to try that with Mannie - his aren't too bad, but he does get that ridge... maybe this would help him.

sorry for the 505, and I can't even say the color... TESS: Down, please!

Do I need the rope? ~~ Mannie

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 PMPS~505

Oh Tessie girl.....this was not what I wanted to see you doing tonight!!! I hope it was a fur shot.

Thanks for the info, Ann. Sorry to pester you. I guess "ridge" is a good description. Like I said, no one else notices it but us.

Hope you get some rest and Tess sees better numbers tomorrow.ni ni

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 PMPS~505

not meaning to laugh here...but i have to laugh at Sienne's comment.

Tess...come down from there, young lady!

Re: 3/5 Tess AMPS~289 PMPS~505

Okay, Miss Tess. Lets get down from there pronto!!

Hope you're having a good evening, Ann!!

FYI to all on the vitamin E... I use the vitamin E capsules as well... just poke it with a pin (or lancet), squeeze the contents onto your finger, and then apply to the affected area.

We found it helped Willie's ears tremendously when the pemphigus had ahold of them. goodness, glad those days are over!!
