My goodness this new schedule is killing me. I more or less abandoned him by about midnight. `I feel so ill at that time of night being forced to be awake. I give up. @Bandit's Mom do you have any thoughts what I can do. At midnight last night (+6) I gave him a portion of food and went to sleep.. It felt like later in the cycle and that he wasnt going to drop in. big way, but maybe he did as per the bounce.
I need to go to bed about 9 (+3) or latest 10 (+4) - any later it interrupts my sleep cycle and then though im exhausted and feel ill, I dont sleep so lightly waking all through the night, if I go to bed and then feel dreadful the next day. Im getting to my wits end.
Any tips for what I can do?
