She was meowing and purring very loudly last night so I gave her some boiled chicken and a tespoon of canned food around +9. I'm not sure actually, it could have been even +10.
I am exhausted, I did not sleep well since she had her dental surgery on Wednesday so I was not thinking. I hope she goes back to greens today! We will all be away after +5 until +10 this afternoon.

Feeding at +10 is fine since it is 2 hours before the shot. Also, the requirement of not feeding 2 hours before is more for people who are new to insulin and do not have data on how their cats behave on insulin nor experience with lower numbers.

This could be a delayed bounce from all those limes. Maybe you can sneak in a nap between +2 and +5 :bighug:
 
Thank you, Bhooma! My daughter has a concert 30 minutes from here, so I was planning to nap while she rehearses, she needs to be there 2 hours before but we will not come back since it's "far" (my distance gauge is french, not american, I guess!). I should have tested her at +9-10 but I was too sleepy to turn on the lights. And she was folllowing me running down the stairs so she was not too worrisome.
