Good Morning, Everyone,
Edward is feeling himself this morning and thanks you for your good wishes. Rusty is having his usual good morning: good test, shot, breakfast, nap with me on the couch (I was exhausted from the party and Edward's ER "event"), and then a good round of play and a Sunday weigh-in (16 lbs. 13 oz.: gained 1/2 oz.). After "pre-spring" yesterday, we woke up to snow and much colder temperatures. Tonight it's supposed to go back down to Zero.
Everyone have a good day. Below is my mother's recipe for "Nameless Noodles" (as requested). Be warned: this is not a vegetarian recipe. (I hope Serryn will forgive me for posting it! )
Ella & Rusty
Nameless Noodles (good with Goulasch)
1 8-oz package fine noodles, cooked.
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
paprika
Mix all together thoroughly (except paprika) and bake in a greased casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
