For today I proudly offer Mannie's special 10 hr energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Columbia. and for my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls............ PRIMO! Only the best for all my customers....OH! Tea infusions too, by request. They is primo too! I SWEAR! Today: vanilla orange zest!! Psssstttt.... I gots scones and croissants too!

Yesterday was....we made yellow day! HOORAY! The numbers still aren't great, but over all they are lower. We are on cycle 10 of the new dose, hopefully this means that he is settling into it. I will give him a few days to see what he does before increasing again. Today I hope to connect with his IM vetty to ask a few questions: on his meds to see how this all ties in with his FD, and his rise in BG. It just seems that since we have added another med that his BG have taken off again, just when they were stating to come down some. Could be too that he just needs time to adjust to it all. In the meantime I hope for a good day today, more blues would be so cool! Mannie - here's to you, some very strong feel better, be blue vines. Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D Yesterday was a good ay for Mannie. He seemed to feel good, and was moving around fairly well. In the morning we had a few ventures out onto the deck to get sniffs, and catch a few rays of sunshine. He just loved it. We had some really good afternoon weather, so later in the afternoon I took him outside so he could have sometime in the yard. That was such a good deal. He made his rounds, checked out the usual haunts, and sniffed and sniffed and sniffed! :lol: :lol: That was so fun to watch. Nose up into the sun, nose all wiggly, eyes all squinty. I took a short video of his adventure, just for the fun of it.

Test was good this morning, as was the shoot. :cool: I am happy to say one more time: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. We are supposed to have good weather today. So.... I am so hoping to go hiking, or maybe even take a trip up to Snoqualmie Pass for a short lake hike. We shall see how the weather plays out over the next few hours, then decide. If not...well.... I still have to do those taxes! :roll: :roll:

Hey everybody! What's up???? WOO HOO on yesterday - what fun we had in Canada! I LUBS it there. Simon sure had a great party. Maybe we could go and play at the dunes today. Slide in the sand, do some hang gliding, and maybe grill some... OOOOOOOO! And dune buggys!!! We gotta do those! What d'ya think? You guys in? Let me know - I am ready for anything!~~ Mannie

Morning Michelle, really cute pics of Mannie surveying the yard. I hope you are able to make a connection with the IM Vet today and check on the meds and all. Sending Mannie healing vines and hopes for a feel good day, too.
Thank you Mannie for the Triple Espressos and 10 hour coffee and oh scones and croissants, too, my favs. Cute video of Mannie enjoying the outdoors. He wasn't bothered by the dog next door either. Glad he had a nice day.

Hey yes, Mannie, the dunes sound great. We haven't done that in a while, and maybe we can watch Emma from afar or even meet her. We'll see how it goes. Lots of fun there. See at my curb, Mags

I love the way Mannie pointedly ignores the barking dogs. What a guy! Neat video, and neat photos of Mannie and Elsa.

Michelle, have a good hike today, and I hope that you are able to speak with the IM vet today, also. Your questions are important.

That's the first time I've seen Elsa. Are her eyes blue, or was it just the photograph?

OMG...love that video. He is just SO cute! I knew he was a manxie, but I don't think I've seen his little fluffball of a tail before. It is absolutely adorable when he wags it!!!

Mannie, that's some pretty high flatness there...come back down now, OK?

That's a great video of Mannie. He looks so content in his yard. It's so cute when he moves his short tail around.

370 @ PMPS. At least he has come down from his +10. Hopefully we can get him back to the yellows where he can stay there for a bit, work his way back to blue status. Paws crossed. My hike was GREAT! Nothing like a Mountie hike in a snow region on a sunny day - AWESOME! And the falls hike was good too - very very pretty. I will post the link in tomorrow's condo for the pictures (LOL! I apparent took 350 photos! Only I could do that....).

I called the IM vetty this morning before I went hiking,. Of course I couldn't reach her, so left a rather detailed message with her coordinator. Of course she calls back when I was out. And of course the message I left must have been totally misinterpreted by the referral person. The answers that came back were not in response to the questions I left. I so wish that she had her own voice message system so I didn't have to have it relayed by someone else.... so.... we try again tomorrow. SHESSSHH! else fails he does have a check up appt ith them on Monday. ;-)

It really is typical Mannie - one laid back dude, even while on yard patrol duty. :lol: :lol: and I didn't really connect with the IM vetty - message back and forth, answer not related to the questions. Hi Barb - not really on the IM vetty - I left a message which apparently didn't get delivered correctly to her... so I need to call again tomorrow. ERR! THX on the vid, and NOPE! Those dogs never bother him - he ignores most of it. :lol: :lol: Elsa's eyes are a golden brown color, not blue, so it must be the photo.

Hi Any - THX on the vid. I LOVE HIS TAIL! his little pom pom. He has habit of rotating it in a circle - funniest thing ever. I hoe he comes down too... soon, or more juice for him. and not really on teh IM vetty - you now how messages go - they never quite get delivered correctly. :roll: I will have to call tomorrow...

Hi Carla - THX on the vid. And yes - he really is content there. He loves being outside, and as he has aged he pretty much stays in the back. Ruler of his kingdom! I think so too on his tail. It really is cute.
