Having been low for so long yesterday it might take a couple days to clear the bounce. He also might clear it fast!

+2 175 - We have an active cycle!!!...with just a drop. I think he is very insulin sensitive. This just amazes me that a drop of the juice can create an active cycle,

How soon do you recommend I test again?
 
Beautiful! I think eliminating prednisolone has made a huge difference. I hope he continues to feel better as well. If m waiting to hear he’s eating on his own. You are doing an amazing job with him. How did he like his excursion yesterday?

Thank you! He ended up enjoying it once he wasn’t contained in his carrier. we let him be free and lay in the back area on his blanket (I know safety not the best, we played the odds.) on the way back he just enjoyed laying in the sunlight and listening to the music.
 
I have ordered mirtazapine pills as well as transdermal arriving Monday. I am hoping the pill gets in his system better and therefore works better. Clinically he is acting himself much more. Still think some predisolone withdrawal.
So will be working on the anorexia more after I get the pills. Meantime I am syringe feeding and he is holding his weight.
 
My go to appetite stimulant is cyproheptadine. Just a tiny sliver got Max eating without side effects I saw with mirt pills with Tiffany. She was good with cyproheptadine but needed 1-2 mg.

Tiffany became agitated and extremely vocal. She was always talkative but it was excessive.
Let’s see the pmps and then decide. If low green definitely would not shoot. If high green and you can stay up you could I think.
 
Heads up. @tiffmaxee My phone has quit charging and I need to get fixed at Apple Store tonight at 7:05. Hopefully be home by 8:30 and only a little late for shooting Mac if I do.

I did panic a bit feed him HC to start with and he had a pill pocket with his med so that may have dampened any activity. I am ok with that. I wasn't up for him crashing tonight.

Will test again in 1 hour.

it was at a little after PMPS.

I gave him a bit more. he doesn't like that one as much.

I hope he doesn't drop too much. otherwise I will feel like I am torturing him.

Oh darn! Well at least he didn't crash :) Depot is probably getting empty at this point.

I will give dropin the morning and hope he clears.

I was just looking for an update. It’s not just the depot. He’s also bouncing from the low bg. It’s also all that hc. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
