3/4 KATIE UPDATE- Being Transferred

Good Evening: Katie is being transferred tomorrow to another hospital. Her spirits were a little improved today, her fever is down considerably but the infection continues to spread. They are concerned it will invade her internal organs if they don't stop it. I will keep you posted.

I'm sure this is best for Katie. The infection needs to be stopped. They intend to use hyperbolic chamber as part of her new therapy.

Thanks Barbara for the update. I hope the new treatment plan helps her. Such a brave young lady. I will continue to think positive, keep her in my thoughts.

As an aside, she thinks all this medical knowledge will be helpful for vet school. She is a fighter.
