Good morning! :)

Today :

AMPS 355

Billy's AMPS is under 400 today! Now that's good news. ^^ I'm wondering if that's the insulin picking up, the switch of food or just numbers being random, but I am certainly not going to complain.

Any thoughts for today? Should I be doing a curve?

Good morning guys! Yay for being under 400! Hard to say the reason, maybe a combination of all three, but either way, it sure is a nice feeling, right? I hope billy decides to come down even more for you today .. have a great weekend guys!
 
YAY! Nice on the better numbers. :-D it could be a combo of all three - sometimes I think we are always guessing. Sure is nice though, isn't it? Curves are always good - I do them all the time... The more data you have, the better you can understand what Billy is up too, and how he reacts to the insulin. Good luck if you decide to do one.

Nice to see a pink this morning, I hope Billy keeps coming down. Is he completely switched to LC wet food now?

I never discourage more testing....more data gives you a clearer picture of how the insulin is working. :-D
 
Thanks, everyone! And yes, he's only on low-carb wet food now. He wouldn't eat his kibbles anymore, so I had to speed up the switching process.

I call him Billy-Bob from times to times, too. :P Well, no yellow for today, but it still looks like things could get better. :) Well, last testing for the day and we're going to sleep. A nice evening to all of you!
 
Yay for sucesses!!! I've had to learn to curb my tendency to completely overanalyze everything and be more zen about all the FD stuff. They ARE cats, after all..... :lol: :lol:
