For today I proudly offer Mannie's special 10 hr energy coffee, and offer triple shot Breve's made from Sun-Dried Sumatra Rasuna beans. and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Cimmamum and Frango Mint infused white mocha/mocha blend with Frango chocolate chips melted within, topped with a cimmamum whip garnished with cimmamum sprinkles, white chocolate curls and frango mocha drizzle. ......... PRIMO! Only the best for all my customers....OH! Tea infusions too, by request. They is primo too! I SWEAR! Today : cimmamum spice!! Psssstttt.... I gots scones and croissants too! AND! Spring is her, summer is coming: SO: FRAPPE'S are now on the menu!

Yesterday was... fly me to the moon day in MannieLand. Numbers were awful, more than likely a continuation of the bounce that resulted from the dive he took the day before. Mannie had a vetty appt yesterday morning for his cabalamin injection, and for additional fluids. They weighed him while there and he is down another 3 ounces. :sad: These items are an effort to help him feel good, while he goes through this latest venture. The next IM Vetty appt is set for Monday, where we will check his levels, and discuss options. Appy was so so yesterday. The main meal was eaten (after several cans), but most offerings after that weren't that great. we keep on truckin'.... It is a bummer to find him on the alpha floor this morning, didn't really expect that... I hope for a good day today, more blues would be so cool! All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D Despite a few issues, he made it outdoors yesterday for some serious grass and sun snoozing, and a chance to explore the yard. Ge really enjoyed being out, was most annoyed with me when I picked him up to come inside. That got a growl. ;-) :lol: He made it to the human breffis too. YAY! He is still looking for that lost morsel to hit the floor. Maybe he thinks it will be more appealing that his canned food. Fancy That! Well... he got chicken, which he ate, hooray big time on that note. :-D Mobility and Muscle strength were a bit of an issue yesterday, but he managed, just like he always does. Today appy was so so ( :roll: ), LB is normal, Ketones tests have been negative. Test was good this morning, as was the shoot. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D yes, it is normal. Mannie said so.

Morning Michelle and Mannie, Happy Easter and all that good stuff today. Oh boy, eggs benedict sound so good. Is this the son who makes those scrumptious breffifs cooking today? Sounds yummy! Mannie, how about sliding down today nice and slow and safe. Glad Mannie got some fluids and a cabalamin injection. I forget, is the cabalamin for the mobility. Fluids always help them feel better, too. Sending vines for a good Mannie day with outdoor time and overall a nice day. I so agree: eggs benedict is just so good. and yes - this is the son that cooks this for us all the time. he does a great job, and enjoys the time he spends cooking for us. I hope for a nice sldei today too, sure hope he does. I hope the things we did yesterday helps too. The cabalamin is akin to a B12 injection, is is mainly for gastro well being, overall. THX on the vines. The weather her is great today: sunny and 69! So an outdoor day for him for sure. :-D

My bean is so need of your delivery this morning. She woke up to a buzzing noise, she thought it was in her head, but it turned out to be that machine she runs on that goes nowhere! Silly bean running to nowhere! Although she doesn't run....she walks to nowhere! :lol: :lol: Still silly bean!

You said you want bunnies, well I got lots! I'm trying to pack my wagon, but they keep running all over the place! Every time I capture one and put it in my wagon, it hops out and I have to do it all over again. I may need to use the kitteh transportation device to hold them in! Maybe you and Leo and Maggie can help me corral these silly things! So, I can bring them to your tree house and let them loose in your yard! :lol:

Ooooh you wanted bunnies right?! I can cover them in chocolate if you like! ohmygod_smile Maybe if they are covered they won't be able to hop away!

I also found a yummy smelling catnip cream pie in the cold box! That's going into the wagon, I just hope those silly bunnies don't step on it.

OK, help me out and let's get out of here. My bean says this is a no bunny house, and they gotta go now!

I can't wait to get o.o.h. and to the treehouse! The beans are running all over..they got baskets in their hands and they're filling them with candy. They say i can't have any!!! Well, then ...they can't have any of my jooz either.. so there. I'm grabbing their dinner fuds and i'm on my way..We can hang out and munch! Good Morning, Guys, and Happy Easter!

Mannie, if you hang out under the breakfast table this morning maybe you'll get an Egg Benedict! In the meantime, keep all those beans supplied with plenty of good ~O) and Easter treats. We really enjoyed our espresso this morning.

Michelle, how great that your son will do the holiday breakfast cooking! Enjoy the family gathering. I do so hope that Mannie will come down to better numbers today. Is the cobalamin helping him? I forget what it is for, but hope it will make him feel better. One day at a time, and stay feeling as good as possible. Right, Mannie? We'll be thinking of you tomorrow--good thoughts for your vet appointment.

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O) Oh yes on my son. He loves to cook breakfast foods, and really makes a great EB. THX too on Mannie. The cobalamin is akin to B12, a long lasting injection. Primary uses is for gastro intestinal health. it does seem to help him feel a little better, but not by much. It can't hurt, so we keep on giving it in hopes that it is helping in areas that we can visibly see. And yes, once day at a time, feel good for that day. THX to on the vet appt. many thanks on that.

HI Mannie sending you lots of feel better vines for today and Happy Easter to you Michelle hope you and your family have a nice time together :mrgreen: and I wonder if your vet would consider you giving b12 shots at home b12 can be bought at least in Ky OTC and if Mannie is going to get injections on a regular basis it would save on travel stress if your vet would let you do these at home just a thought anyway....

Michelle, I found this site on one of Dr Lisa's pages. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/pork-products/2209/2 Lots of good info for figuring out fuds not on the cat food lists. Bacon isn't even too bad for Phos, 100mg/100kcal. I suppose you'd have to watch out for sugar curing though.

Tess's Sunday morning treat is a fingertip of butter! You should see her ears perk up when the Sunday biscuits come out! :lol: :lol: Mannie might like that too!

Not that we want either of them up there in the stratosphere, but Mannie wasn't lonely, with Checkers up there with him.
I didn't trust the meter that said HI, so tried a different meter.
Looking at the actual numbers was worse, so I posted the HI ;-)

Lucky you, having a son who can be there in the morning, and loves to cook. :-D Checkers loves bacon too, and on the rare occasion I have it, I give a tiny bit. It's just a tease tho....poor thing.

472 @ pmps. Glad for red.... so glad it isn't black. Appy wasn't too good, took several cans, and a little bowl chasing. He eventually did eat what was needed, I hope, so I could give the shot.

Hi Ann - THANKS for the link! That was interesting. Maybe add bacon back in - right now, anything just to get him to eat. Yupp on the sugar, sure don't want to add more of that. Mannie loves butter too - hmmmm... maybe add that in as an enticer. That might work too. I can so see Tess with her perkier ears. To cute!

Just to share, when I make bacon, I make an extra slice for Buster, this way she gets her own and I get some too! Maui isn't interested in it, but Buster....get out of her way, she loves it.

Hi Hillary - that was so Mannie too! In his younger days he would make this flying leap from the floor, snag apiece off the plates and make this mad dash down the hall with his booty. Mannie loves it too!
 
Michelle, I could have sworn I posted in Mannie's condo yesterday. Than I looked for updates this morning and it wasn't in my posts. I hope you had a great Easter breakfast with your family and Mannie had a good day despite the high numbers. Good luck with the IM vetty visit today.
 
Morning Carla - no worries! that has happened to me so many times. ;-) Breffis was fun, thanks! Mannie was OK, sometimes things are just normal, even when he runs so high. THX on the vetty - I hope it goes well.
