Good morning!

Why? ... that's really the first and only thought that comes to mind. Why does she go to extreme BGs like that? Why is she so much hungrier and restless at night? Why is she so ravenous come morning that she almost never sits still long enough to test before she's fed? Why?

And if anyone has all of those answers, here's the extra credit question: Why does she insist on peeing anywhere on my side of the bathroom as long as there's not a pee pad or a litter box covering the area?

Just WHY?

You know there's only one answer to any of those questions of course...because she's a cat! ;) They love to drive us insane because they know it gets them even more attention!! I hear you on the peeing though - we have one (and we don't even know which one which drives us all mad) that will go and find a pile of laundry that needs doing...or the bathmat...or anything else it can even though there are more than enough litterboxes for all of them around the house.

Zoey's AMPS this morning was pretty high, but it might be a combination of Dawn Phenomenon and a little bit of a bounce from that green yesterday and all the blue last night. If it was partly a bounce, she's recovered amazingly well though getting right back into blue for you. :D

LOL ... yep, you're right. Because they're cats. They remind me of those bratty kids that just want to poke at your very last nerve. :blackeye: (Sure wish they made an emoji with an exploding head)

Your reply did give me a new term to look up: Dawn Phenomenon. Learn something new every day just by being here. Thanks, April!
