Rosy was staying on the red & purple zone yesterday's AM & eventually get down to the yellow in at PM +9. Curious to see her bg falling a bit in the later half of the PM after +8, makes me wonder if her nadir for PM session is around the +8.

AMPS 266 a nice yellow! Gave Rosy her canned food & 1u.

Today is a nice sunny day, hot with temp at around 28 degrees; almost like summertime. It is unusual for HK weather to be this hot in April,supposed to be Spring. With these unusual weather; all the inconsistancy, lots of stray cats go into heat therefore lots of kitties born. My friends are all busy with their trap spay & release, adoption, project on stray cats. These are mostly volunteers job. The government did little or nothing to help. :sad:

Morning Celi! I really hope I can do more to help. With my handsfull at home & now with Rosy, all I can do to help with the adoption & foster is doing it over the net or chat or phone. :-|

Let's hope people can be more respectful to all living being; be it dog, cats or even human alike...

Rosy AM +4 189 Good girl Rosy has entered the yellow zone. Gave her canned food for lunch.

i think with all of the kitties in your house, i think you have done more to help kitties than just talk on the phone, helen!!

rosy's looking good today. i hope she decided to peek into some greener numbers!

Tks Julie! You are making me blush! If I can "make" myself emotional less affected by those stray kitties, I wish I can help more. Those tragic stories are too much for me to handle.

Yes, expecting to see maybe a little green from my Rosy today!

Nice & steady, Rosy enjoying the blue zone! Though running around like a duck, she seems to be happy today.

A happy Rosy is just what we want :-D

It's so great you are involved in trying to solve the homeless kitty problems in HK, even more than just by adopting half of them into your own home :lol: I know what you mean about the sad stories though, it can be very hard to deal with emotionally, but at least you know you are helping to make some happy endings - you must remind yourself of that. Where would those kitties be without people like you - no happy endings at all. Good work Helen :-D

Adoption of kitties into loving home is very difficult, adoption for older cats are near impossibe. A lot of animal abuse around. Adoption must be very careful & we often require to pay home visit after adoption to make sure kitty is in a loving home.
People here love to buy kitties & puppies from pet shop. Real cat lovers like me & most of my friends got full house already. A lot of those older cats unable to find home will end up in shelters where the condition is really terrible :sad: This is such a sad sad story...

Rosys PMPS 241 in the yellow zone again. Gave her the steamed chicken & 1u

:?: This is the 8th cycle on the 1u dosage. The lowest figure at the nadir is not a consistant number, makes me wonder if this is the correct dosage for Rosy.

Hi guys .. nice yellows and blues for rosy! It sounds like you and all your friends are true angels to these babies that don't have homes yet .. You should be very proud of what you are doing for them .. Have a great weekend guys!

Thanks for the compliments! Im merely trying my best to help those poor negelected little beings barely living in the tiny gap in a city.

Again, Rosy gave me a funny number; aren't you supposed to be in your nadir?

PM +5 286 gave her canned supper.
 
PM +8 293 gave tsp of food after the prick ;-)

:?: What happened to Rosy's PM ? No response to the Lantus shot? This whole day she has kinda stayed in the yellow & blue.
Hope she can do better tomorrow.
