Jack was starting to show what he could do on his new dose... until this morning when he fell off the sobriety wagon. Not sure where the higher numbers came from, but a little R will help cure that problem. He is a hard cat to figure out, and the IAA/acro is constantly changing the rules of the game. Not too worried about it, just another day in the life of Jack.

Today's challenge will be to see how many pails of litter I can fit in one shopping cart. Target is running a special and with how Jack goes through litter, I need to buy more then a couple.

On the human side, my Dad's mother crossed over yesterday morning. A week ago she was up and about, but took a quick turn and gave up fighting. She lost both her brothers within the past 2 weeks and we think that hit her pretty hard. I'm glad she was up and about until almost the very end and at 98 that is quite a feat. A big thanks to Hospice, what a wonderful organization who are so accommodating in families time of need.

Hope all the kitties are doing good in L&L land.

Jack, I saw the boat Salty Cat on the water today. Hint, blue or green waters are calling you. As a bean you just have to go with the flow.

Sorry about you grandmother passing. :bighug: Sound like she had a long and rich life.

Very sorry about your loss. Amazing to be up and about at 98, lots of vines and prayers for you and the family.

Come on Capt. Jack, you can do better than that buddy. Always a mystery but hope he's feeling good.

Sad to lose a family member, but it was nice that she felt good right until the last few days.

Amazing to be up and about at 98
If you only knew. Even at 98, she was NOT happy being in the hospital while they ran tests and kept her overnight. She got so feisty they had to put a tent(their lingo for cage) over her bed to keep her there:woot:. That describes her very well, nice as could be, just don't offer her help or go against her wishes.

Another Salty Cat sighting up in the NorthWest!!! Too bad they are probably better at steering then Jack is:(... The rotten capt is back to his drunken steering shenanigans. Hope he gets some good wind and starts aiming for shore.
I keep telling him about those nice numbers, but like you said, it is up to him.... with a little help from Lev and R to get him there.
