Gabby surfed in green numbers all through the night. What a good girl!!

It's supposed to be in the 50s here today. Spring is making it's presence felt. Gizmo has been running from window to window to look outside. I think he's trying to tell me it may be a day when I can let some fresh air in. Personally, I'm waiting to see all of the tulips along Michigan Ave. -- then I'll know it's Spring.

Beautiful numbers for Gabby :mrgreen: I actually opened the windows yesterday for a bit when I was doing my house cleaning, to let the fresh (even though a little cold) air in:) Have a great day!

Hi Sienne. Glad to see that Gabby continued her surf to this morning. Sounds like Gizmo has yet another talent...that of weatherman :lol: .

Tulips are a pretty indication of Spring. One of our favorite things to do when we lived in The Netherlands was to drive to Noordoostpolder. There are literally hundreds of acres of fields of tulips. It's quite an amazing site to see. We also visited Kukenhof Gardens each year. They had a section where they displayed new varieties of tulips they were developing. I remember seeing one that had one black petal on each tulip. They also had one that was 5 or 6 inches across. If you ever have the opportunity to visit there go. You'll enjoy it and be an expert photographer by the time you leave.

Awwww Gizmo knows it's Spring :-D I bet that little nose goes a mile a minute, when the windows are opened. :-D

Sienne, when the tulips are in bloom, do we get to see a photo of Michigan Ave?
Town nearby here, Holland NY, is ablaze with tulips, in a few weeks. People come from cities all around to see the spectacle. It's glorious! The festival food is great too. :-D

The only camera I have is the one on my phone and I doubt it would do the tulips justice. I also suspect it's going to be several weeks before the tulips come up.

At the last minute, my friends cancelled dinner plans. Unfortunately, I'd already fed the kitties 3 of their 4 mini-meals since I thought I'd be gone. Gabby has had such a lovely cycle today that I hope I didn't just muck up her numbers.

She's currently removing all of the toys from the toy basket so she can curl up inside.
