Yesterday

BbBB! And maybe bouncing again, who knows. This is a good reminder to me of what a "strong" dose looks like for Bell. Very fast bounce breaks, a lot of time in blues and greens, and less sleep for me . Compare that to the 5.75 units, where she was still hitting the low green on occasion, but spending a lot more time in the yellows. I'm not sure what the lesson is on that, but maybe I should be a little more aggressive dose increases. I held the 5.75 for too long.

Bell is doing pretty well. It got hot here, and I'm NOT turning on the AC yet, so both are a little sluggish. Bell had a puke between that +6.5 and +9, while I was at work. But, hey, at least she ate from the autofeeder. That may have contributed to the late low.

Bell was all "zoomed" up this morning and tore around the apt. She is ridiculously clumsy. After she half fell/jumped off this high perch, she tore to my bathroom window and tried to jump on the ledge, but the shade was down. So she bounced off that, hit the floor, and kept running. 0.1% of the day extremely active. 99.9% of the day sleeping.

Oh my goodness, Bell Sounds like she really put in the work and earned that 99.9% sleep today. Will she do it all again tomorrow? We’ll see!

Glad she’s seeing more blues and greens, but so hard when your sleep gets impacted. We do it for them, though! Safe surfing tonight. Hope you get the same rest Bell did today
