Happy Sunday and congratulations to Simon and Bruce OTJ!!! WOO HOO!!! The Falls are waiting!

Lil Brown Girl is doing well this morning... 5Ps, especially the purry one. We just got a new bag of Whole Life freeze dried chicken and the pieces are hard as a rock so I used the Magic Bullet to grind them into powder. We were worried the sharp, hard pieces would scratch little delicate kitty mouths. It worked perfectly and so when we need to add a little incentive to ensure CPC membership, we can now just add the dust. But the dust doesn't always just go ON the food...it also gets on the plate. WELLLL.....Baby Girl has perfected the art of licking ALL of the dust off her plate before she consumes the Wellness. She will lick all around the WN and the rest of the plate is spotless before she starts in on the fud. I think of it as eating dessert first :lol: :lol: :lol: The funniest part is. before she starts on the fud, she actually looks at me with those big brown eyes (somehow when she wants something, she can make them seem bigger and rounder) as if to say baby needs more dust, tank you.

HA!! Mamabean isn't that stoopid little girl!!! :lol: :lol: Today she even added the extra, purr purr purr, wind herself between my legs, head boop...so sad. And then with an air of resignation, she cleaned her plate.

Now hear this Missy G!!! One more cycle at this dose and then you get more jooce if you don't show some better numbers. Whew...now that the threat is out there! Hoping flat yellow brings lovely blues and greens.

She has you wrapped around her little paw :lol: But who wouldn't be? Those big round eyes just make my heart melt... and that's all from a video so I can imagine how manipulative her cuteness is in real life. I wish I would have waited until today to do my kitty shopping. Last night, I was searching the board for recs on freeze dried chicken treats. I ended up ordering PureBites from Amazon... have you ever tried these? Any good? We've never used freeze dried before. In fact, Kismet has not had any treats since dx (I know, I'm so cruel... :lol: )

Hi, Marje -- Between yesterday's video and the new crown pic, it's obvious she knows just how cute her face is. I loved at the beginning of the video, before she pawed at the boxed treats, she looked up at you as if saying, "Is the camera running now?"

Hehehe, on plate licking....Checks does that with Fortiflora. You gave me an excellent idea Marje.
The Purebites FD Beef Liver I just got is also hard as rocks. I smashed them with a mallet, but they have sharp edges.
I like the idea of making dust from it.

I agree with everyone about the exquisite cuteness of Miss Gracie. :-D

Yep, that new avatar is Princess Gracie at her most beautiful!

Last month I sent back my order of Whole Life freeze-dried chicken treats because they were so brittle (I ordered them from PetFoodDirect). I think they must have changed the manufacturing process. And now they are labeled "dog" treats (instead of "pet" treats). Maybe dogs like those elongated shapes and brittle texture. I cancelled my standing order and am now buying "Simply Nourish" at PetSmart.

Gotta go back and look at your yesterday's video. Missed it, somehow!

That's a lot of flat yellows. Maybe she has something up her sleeve.

Leave the computer screen up, just in case ;-)

Hi Marje. I hope the flat yellow does give you some nice green numbers. Maybe the dose increase will help also.

These furry creatures. Can definitely make a bunch of different facial expressions just by using their eyes. The new avatar is really a nice pic of Gracie.

So I thought she couldn't get any flatter yellow....but she did. All afternoon, she has hovered between 245 and 251. Lil Stinka. We better see some decent numbers pronto! (And I don't mean a dive, Missy G!!!!).

One more weekend and I think I'll be done with these bloody taxes. Yes, I could pay someone who would then probably use TurboTax so might as well save the money and put it towards something we want.

Mike will be home soon....I've got to get some dinner going but I'll be around.

Oh...Sam...how funny you said "Gracie Face" because we call her that all the time and I wrote a little song for her called "Gracie Face" :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
haha...freeze dried kitty crack! Best stuff EVER! Hope you get those taxes finished soon. Also, thank you for all the advice on blood work/tests for Shasta. I will talk to the vet or vet assistant tomorrow morning when I drop her off. Enjoy dinner.
 
It sure sounds like the little baby princess has you would around her little paw. :lol: Paws crossed that flat yellows means some action soon.
