Good Morning, Everyone,

Those flat blues all day yesterday have led to an AMPS of 99 (first green AMPS in several weeks!). Go Rusty! He woke us about an hour early with squirms, long head butts, kitty kisses, more squirms. Finally "the Ducks" sounded their alarm and Rusty went tearing downstairs to his test, breakfast (Wellness Turkey, 2 sittings), and shot. Now he is chillaxin' on his little bed next to the radiator. It's a damp, rainy, chilly day again. Not good mountain-climbing weather, not good bicycling weather, no snow on the ground, so not good x-country skiing or snowshoeing weather. About the only thing we can do today is walk in the rain on our daily 2-mile trek to the Post Office and back. Rusty may have better luck, if he cares to go outside (not too likely at the moment): the squirrels will be at the birdfeeder without doubt!

I finally got my new eyeglasses yesterday and, what do you know, I can see much better!!! They won't help with getting Rusty's dose drawn up (I take my glasses off for that, since I have the "second sight"), but everything else is now crystal clear.

We are sending tons of healing vines to BigMac this morning and hoping he will have a good day of recovery. Sending big hugs and support to CD. Continuing to send healing vines to Lyresa's Harley and Scruffy, and encouragement to Lyresa: sharing a loving and welcoming home is an essential part of dealing with FD.

Hi guys .. gooooo rusty is right! Sweet start to the day my man .. sorry to hear about your crummy weather .. we have that going on here as well .. glad to hear that your glasses are an improvement! Hope you guys have a great day!

Hi Ella, always a nice AMPS lately for the gorgeous Rusty. So glad you got your new eyeglasses. I also had to get new glasses and first I noticed, too, was I could see the lines etter on the syringes.

ETA: Please see my condo. I finally found the post and topic where it was suggested for the three #'s under 70. Thanks so much as it's been bothering me as I knew someone told me. Also, I would never do anything "dangerous" to Maggie!

Sorry about the nasty weather, but spring has sprung fur sure.
Rusty is doing great today & also had flat blue like Moonie had!
Both are in the green lagoon today :RAHCAT --so let's hope they stay there--Hugs & Love from us!!

The Lagoon Master is back! Rusty this is definitely your color! I'm glad these glasses are better. What was wrong w/ the first pair? I always have trouble w/ the no line bifocals and take mine off for reading too!

Very nice AMPS for the Russ-meister this morning, i love the way he wakes you up with kitty smooches and headbutts.

It sounds like a downright dreary day over there, better hibernate with your kitty today :-D

Hi Ella. 'twas cold and wet and dreary here too. Not suitable for walking in. Yuck!

Hi All! WOW on your weather, and the cancellation of your climb - but I know I sure wouldn't want to be on a mountain in that. :shock: Rain climbs can be such fun! :shock: :lol: I love spring, but sometimes the transition and the getting there takes alot of patience and wading though nasty ground ad weather conditions. I hope things improve for you soon! I do hope you got out though even the 2 mile walk to the post office. If it is any consolation - it has rained here all day long... I have rivers of water running off my roof. :shock:

Rusty had a great surf this afternoon. He went outside briefly during an interval of no precipitation and surprised a squirrel (who got away). Actually, most of the precip. today has been icy snow and the temperature hasn't moved from 33 degrees. A really good day to sit by the radiator. Tomorrow is supposed to be cold and sunny. I didn't win any of the drawings today during the NPR fundraiser. Had hoped to win a $250 gift certificate to be used at any plant nursery or CSA (Community Supported Agriculture farm stand). Maybe tomorrow!!

It's nice to drop in and see that things are going well in Rusty Land, Ella! I hope he continues on this wonderful path. I need to drop in more often and catch up!

Hey Deb, Yes, we miss you. And the kitchen krew misses Spot. Next week there's a Full Moon party. Please tell your boy that he needs to bring lots of cinnamon (now known as "cimmamum" in LL).

It's evening here, too: cold and snowy!
