Yesterday

Good Morning, L&LL,

Rusty only ate a little of his nighttime foods, and he had an episode of congestion last night, but seems fine this morning and has eaten all of his breakfast. Our weather has changed and that always affects Rusty, so I hope that is the case here. Hopefully his numbers will begin to come down today and that we won't have a bounce. The A.M. shot was a bit short (insulin left in the syringe).

Lots of odds and ends to do today. And--today is OPENING DAY, so I want to see at least some of the Mets game. I hope they will do better this year than last!

Mets won!! (they played the Cardinals) 9-4!!! I hope you'll be able to see some Reds games this weekend.

Rusty's congestion was back today. He even sneezed up a little capillary blood. Not a good sign (his sneezes have been blood-free for more than a month). But his appetite picked up and his numbers are better today. We'll see what tonight brings.

Congrats to the Mets. I should be able to see the Reds tomorrow, but the rest of the weekend is up in the air due to visiting family for Easter. I don't like opening weekend being Easter weekend. I'm watching the Giants and Dodgers right now on ESPN.
