Yesterday's Condo

Good Morning from dreary, dark and rainy Montreal.
Oh I hate this weather.
Waking up like this with a cat snuggled with you is the worst.
Of course it was not Max. I still can't get him to sleep with me again, no matter how
hard I try.

Max was eager to get his testing done today to show off to mama that he is managing on
3 drops of insulin. He is so amazing.
Breffis is done with a pit stop to the water fountain. No visit to the LB yet.

DD just called me from her bedroom to tell me that Max just came in to visit.
Now that is something unusual. Her room is upstairs and he was just with me downstairs.
Wonder went on in his brain to give him the urge to walk upstairs. That's about all
the excercise he does.
Yes that is what gets us excited in the house. Max walking upstairs.
Other than the miserable rain and having 10 people arrive for dinner tonight, the
day just might look promising.

Morning, Randi!!! Wow look at Max go on his couple of drops of insulin! He must be feeling good to take the long walk up the stairs, lol! Good luck with your dinner party tonight!

Well, it's raining here in "sunny" Florida too...Rainy day and a Monday....(it rained so much yesterday all day long and into the night that i didn't think there could possibly be any more but there is!)
I am so impressed with Max and his beautiful numbers....so wonderful! Tell him to not forget about the fll_moon Full Moon party tomorrow. Will he be stopping off to pick up Logan? Raja will be waiting for you guys....

I think our Max's have been talking again! Your Max is looking very good! And my Max won't sleep with me anymore either. At best, if I manage a nap at some point he might come in with me, but he's taken to sleeping on a dining room chair at night. I suppose he gets kicked less there tho! I have managed a few pre-sleep snuggles with him tho, which makes me happy. It's so nice to hear him purr as it's been a while since he's felt this good!

I hope all goes well with your dinner tonight! :-D

Right now I had to go tbp to clear my desk, then I need to head home ASA to
finish preparing.
Max had a very busy morning.
I even found him checking out the vestibule while DD was waiting for her
carpool to arrive.
I hope he does okay later especially when I need to leave the table
to go test/feed/shoot.
Boy I am happy it is at my house tonight.

Hi again, Randi, Max will do just fine when you have to test and shoot him tonight. Yes, there are advantages to being the host when you have a diabetic kitty!

Right now Max could care less about the commotion going in
here now. Fast asleep with his paw over his face.
The electric knife has not stopped for a minute. :-D
Hopefully I will be able to get a test out of him later on.
It is crazy here!!!

Wow, I still can't get over Max's numbers! He's getting mere drops of insulin and is responding fabulously! Hopefully, Logan will feel better tomorrow so he can go to the party with Max. I'll have to remind of the party tonight - maybe that will help him bounce back a bit.

3 weeks ago.. Max was on 14X the dose.. haha.. wow.. this is just going to get more and more fun as his dose goes down :)

Max is so excited to see all of his friends tomorrow.
I am so excited that we have a green PS #.
Of course I walked away from my dinner that I am hosting to measure and
give him his shot. :lol: :lol: (and to post too)
He could care less that there is company here, although I did tell my 6 year old niece,
"hands off". I did not need to chase him from under the bed.

Yay Max! You're doing great! Don't let the visiting beans bother you, they'll be gone in a while and you will have your house to yourself again. Tugger doesn't much care for strange beans anymore, if you get bored, give him a call and he'll chat with you a while. He's got time to kill while he waits for his pmps and dinner.

Great numbers for Max! I hope we are able to send you our weather -- supposed to be in the 70s by mid-week.

Enjoy the family and the Sedar. It's one of the holidays I sort of miss. (My aunt insisted on having Passover at her home and she is a horrible cook.)

I would love that weather Sienne, this is awful but you know we usually
do get Chicago's weather, so here is hoping.

Max is still content in the living room, poor boy though cuz I am not sure he has used the
LB, it was relocated downstairs for tonight.
Maybe he will go there and I won't have to put it back upstairs.
That would be so amazing that he could get some excercise too.
