Good morning!

Got to try out the new shaved dose of 2.6u for the 300-350 range for Eddie's PM cycle last night and it appears to have been good. My quick nap on the couch turned into sleeping most of the night on the couch. Whoops. I only got one mid-cycle test, but it looks to have been a pretty good cycle last night.

Good start for this morning of 236.

Today:
AMPS = 236 (2.4u)
+2 = 258
+4 = 245
+5 = 272
+6 = 227
+7 = 237
+9 = 270
PMPS = 325 (2.4u)
+2 = 354
+4 = 340
+5 = 323
+6 = 281

My mom is coming to visit today! Our plan is to do some shopping assuming Eddie doesn't do anything crazy.

It appears we're going to have a flat yellow cycle today. Eddie's had plenty of things to bounce off lately, so I'm not going to complain too much. Plus, if he just takes it easy today, I can actually leave the house for a few hours to do some shopping with my mom!

I will be curious to see if he pulls some shenanigans tonight. Eddie has never really consistently had dramatic cycles following a flat yellow cycle, but he did after the last one! My mom is staying with us tonight, so she might get a chance to see first hand what this crazy cat lady mama bean is talking about when I'm whining about staying up all night with Eddie. Either that, or I may just need to tweak the dose a little for pre-shots in the 200's. Looking at Eddie's SS, it looks like he had an OK cycle with 2.4u on a pre-shot in the mid-200's recently, but I don't have a lot of info on how effective this dose is. It's possible he needs to go up a smidge for pre-shots in this range. Man, tweaking doses on Eddie's sliding scale can be complicated - down for this range, up for this range, change the ranges themselves....We'll see!

Since he started feeling better, I think Eddie's begun moving his way back up the ranks to top cat. He's gotten more assertive with the civilians. His new trick is to give the "stink eye" to Reekoe, our fat civie. I hear Reekoe hissing, and all I can see is that Eddie's looking at him from several feet away! Eddie must have a wicked "stink eye," if he can make Reekoe hiss just by looking at him...
