Once again, blech. Obviously these changes to lower phosphorous fuds are messing with her numbers. The last time she had a good cycle was when I ran out of low phos fuds last week. So, tonight is finally the night....we'll be going from F2.50U to F2.75U. It has been ages since we've had to adjust her dose, but we've gotta do it...I don't like these numbers at all. I know I wouldn't have to increase if she'd eat Evil Evo...but boy, does that stuff bring about some dirty looks!

Today, she had BFF Tuna and Chicken (which is actually different than the Tuna and Chicken Chuckles.). She seemed a bit...indifferent at first. She took a few bites, walked around in an attempt to steal some kibbles, then went back and CPCed. This is an odd pattern for her...she usually either CPCs without giving anyone else a glance, or eats a good portion, heads into the other room for a bit, then comes back for her CPC - and THEN begins kibble patrol. So I couldn't get a solid read on her opinion...but I guess she thought it wasn't ALL bad.

Uh Oh Trixie. I hope the extra juice brings her back down. Amazing what an effect different food will have on them. That is strange on her eating. Funny how we get used to their patterns and then when they do something out of character it makes us worry. CPC is a good sign that she didn't think it was all that bad. Have a great day Amy! I know it is your least favorite day of the week so I hope it goes fast for you.

Morning Amy, good luck with the dosecrease. There have been times I've had to go up to compensate for the lower phosphorus foods. Trixie may take the dose threat seriously and slide down. Oh gee, with the Tuna & Chicken Chuckles. I saw Tuna & Chicken and just grabbed it. I didn't buy too many, just a few. Have a nice day.

Hi, Amy, I laughed at the "Evil Evo." When I tried feeding it, I got an "Are you kidding me?" look.
No matter how much I yell "It's for your own good!!" doesn't make a difference.
Cats.

I hope the dosecrease works wonders for Trixie.
Flat is right! She couldn't be any sunnier.

Good Luck!!! Gobbles & I just stopped in to say hello as we haven't been doing enough "visiting" -- lots going on here....we're sending OTJ vines to sugar cats everywhere!

Hi Amy & Trixie,

Good luck with the dosecrease. Rusty got one today, too. It's the right thing to do when greens are few and far-between. We don't want them to get stuck in higher-number ruts.

I hope that Trixie will continue to like the new food. I'd like to find one for Rusty, but fish is out, as is beef. Doesn't leave much of a choice!

Finally off the yellow floor, patience pants firmly in place. I haven't had to wait out dosecrease in quite a while!
