Last night was an hour later than first night.

I know nadir can and does move around. However, it seems his has gone from about +6 to around +3 to +4... I've been careful not to feed too much or too late in cycle. Ive even mostly stopped giving anything but raw not even a higher carb at +1. As I was concerned that it was in his system affecting duration a couple hours later. Does this mean the lantus doesnt work as well for him and I should look at a switch? Or is this just comes with the territory?

Lantus is working. An early nadir doesn’t mean shorter duration. Some well regulated cats are fiat and don’t have a nadir at all.
Ok that is good to know:bighug:

I've been this weird combo of excited and nervous about the raw food. And I am trying to keep my patience pants on because the changes will take time to fully show I'm sure.

I am great with flatter numbers. Just a bit impatient to see results I guess. ;)

Somebody tell me not to be stressed out by these higher numbers he has today...

I keep thinking we just went through a lot of changes this week new food...new shot time... am I wrong should I be worried? He is acting normal. Though a bit more sleepy and sluggish. But when his numbers have been higher he does that so not out of ordinary considering bg. He hasnt pooped as much as before but I read that with raw that's normal as his body uses more of the food so less waste. He hasnt howled like in pain and doesnt act like in pain.

I didnt smell lantus after shot this morning no wetness....

Sorry I'm so stressed out by his pmps tonight.

I've read that a food change can temporarily elevate numbers. And they do poop less often with raw. If he looks like he is straining to poop, you might want to look at adding some fibre to the food.

Higher numbers can be distressing but it's possibly the shot time change + food change. Let's give him a few days to settle into both.

Sounds good... I know this but yes stressing just a bit over here.

To bed I go for tonight.

Course tonight he wants to run around making noise and talking like crazy. I think he is bored and wants to play since he spent most of day laying around
