Still baffled by her numbers and distrust of the new Glucocard strips. Just wish the string of blues didn't coincide with the new "improved" strips. Makes me wonder? (Yes, yesterday I did tons of strip, meter variations on my own poor blood supply. Still, I am wondering.)

Lovely btb this morning. All three cats, lined up in a row, stretched down the side of the bed. Sleeping so soundly. Hated to get up for the real start to the day.

Polly's enjoying the open windows. Eating, drinking, pooping, peeing. Even a little purr while she shared the couch with me after work. A little purr, a light paw touch on my arm. Pet me. She's currently bathing swaddled in sun on the dog's beneath-the-window bed. (Woof-boy is at Day Care wearing off all his lab energy, I hope.)

As it goes each week, by this point I'm just beat. Afternoon chores steal napping opportunity. Maybe tomorrow. Oh, please!

She is seeing a lot more blue. :cool: But I think it had started to be a more recent visitor in the last couple of weeks anyway.

Love the image of the 3 cat bodies in bed. And the pet me touch - priceless!:)
 
Ahhh...chores will always be there...good opportunities to nap are few and far between!!! While the drooler is off running off extra energy and the kitties are in a snuggling mood, I'd take the nap!

China's having a funky day too..and we're still using the old Glucocard strips, so maybe it's just a funky kind of day?
 
How cute with all the kitties lined up on the bed. Polly sounds like she's feeling really good. I think she's been getting more blue lately too.
 
(((Marilyn)))) Polly is really looking good! Sending tons of healing and appy vine for Boomer! Chores--schmores!! :stop: Sometimes naps just don't cut it-----You sound like you need a good night' sleep(for a week!) :bighug::bighug:
 
Hey, I didn't do a darn thing I was suppose to on Sunday and cuddled instead, so I am all for the naps-n-snuggles....

Hope you have a night filled with the same :)
 
Hi Marilyn. Sorry there is so much worry going on over test strips and BG numbers. But I gotta say, that nice string of blues would be a welcomed sight for Shasta! Your btb sounds like heaven...cats lined up down the bed...heaven with a purr! :joyful: Hope the chores were done fast and you could have a little more kitty lovin' time!!
